Try looking over your shoulder and jumping sideways onto your hands like a sideways backhand spring, then gradually jump more over your head throwing your feet further over your head. If your comfortable you can try a backhandspring. And if you get there go to a hill and do backhand springs jumping higher each time. Then try tucking just for a split second so you can still put your hands on the ground. Then just practice. Hope You Get It!

"When You do Parkour But You Can't Backflip" then that's absolutely no problem, because you don't do backflips at all, if you do backflips when doing Parkour your not doing parkour anymore, it's called freerunning then.
