Its a joke, because extremist environmentalist are lobbying to ban straws. They did successfully in a few places, but some people do try to push it on others. Just remind them to toss the straw in the bin, don't deny them a basic tool because it might kill something. Otherwise get rid of all the screw drivers, they don't biodegrade and you can found easily with metal detectors.

Without any definitions for words it’s just a vocab of the whole English language in alphabetical order, so your half right. There is more than one definition for vocabulary, but a body of words in a language is also part of that definition.

@@name5980 he was a rescue but sadly he flew away, when we first found him he was unable to walk and was very weak. Slowly we tamed him and was with us for approx 3 months..... But when he flew away he was healthy and he flies around our house with his homies

I heard that in Italy some cafes and pubs give straws made from pasta dough, they're shaped like spaghetti and edible I wish every place would do this, I prefer dough straws to paper straws
