@@jamesgretsch4894 when spirit descends into a lowered sine wave or comes to Earth, it falls asleep to the fact that it is apart of the YOUniverse, it falls asleep to the fact that Earth actually means Heart when you put the LAST letter back to the Beginning. It doesn't recognize that everyone corresponds to a neuron in your mind, that you are quite literally interacting with your own mind when you speak to someone within your lifetime. The idea, is to catch on to this, that the energy, the love you put out is on feedback loop system and this can either help you at the end or imprison you because you never saw the pattern, and never chose heart or unconditional love for your own self and others which are a part of you. Essentially you are the adversary to yourself, to your own heart, and you go further in a state of separation from the wholeness and fullness of the universal ocean. Of course this won't make sense as you play out the narrative of your lifetime until the inevitable day comes and you realize death is close, then hopefully what I have just said will make sense and you'll find your way home, back the replenishing ocean. So to conclude this tangent lol the universe has everything to do with it. 😃

It’s this heavy weight pulling at my chest whenever i think of that particular person. They’re on my mind all the time, and if i’m not on their mind i must have a serious mental issue or something. They just suddenly pop into my head out of nowhere

Guess I don’t feel so odd now. Been apart from my ex for 15years. I’ve thought of her everyday since we split. She is not married and has not been since we split and neither has I. She still will check in every blue moon. Last time was in May and I decided to tell her thanks but also to wake up better myself and to move on.I don’t plan to reach out to her anymore but just to move on in peace.

I didn't like his answer so a week later I sent him a text asking how would he feel if I slept with a friend. He didn't respond and just blocked me. I called him to explain he wouldn't answer, so I left a voice message and a text. He has been sulking the whole week 😒

Yep, same here. She lost her job and then a second lockdown came in so she has no money and no prospects for now. She started growing a bit distant after losing her job and doesn't feel herself, says she can't give me what I want, not knowing that *she* is what I wanted. That's what my ex did to me I am a male and she's a female of course and I think she did that because she just wanted to just not have to think about me or not worried about me but the past 6 to 8 months I have been trying trying trying I have taken letters to her house I took any gifts well I've took in you no teddy bears and stuff I'll pick him candy and roses and you know I've left voicemails and most recently the last thing I did was I sent a letter to our house. So she knows how I deeply feel about her but I think she know she also doesn't like too much persistence and maybe I was over persistent with her but if she doesn't know how much I love and want to be with her and want to make things right which we really broke up over something crazy but that's just how much she holds a grudge and I think she just she is hard to let even little things go a lot. So yeah I haven't conquered her contacted her in over a month and I'm just going to give her some time in a three four five six months or whatever before I tell her happy birthday or whatever in you know I'm just going to keep it short on that that that message to her on her birthday and hopefully that will at least bring a little smile to her face even if she still has a boyfriend. She knows how much I truly care and feel about her so I'm just hoping I'll tell her I said I just hope you realize that you know we broke up over something really silly and I have so much more I want to offer you and share with you and I just hope you give me another chance. @NobleGuy There's a lot of craziness on social media today I think you just have to be the kind of person to differentiate and be able to to use it for what you need it for and just don't get caught up in all the craziness period for instance I don't do a lot of things that I used to do on it I don't even scroll down the timeline that far anymore to be honest period but one thing I have used it for is the groups It's been very very helpful in my life and it has taken the place of the forums back in the day period Now you get instant answers and you can get to put a whole car back together with the help of people in the groups So it's it's very useful and a lot of ways period You just have to be strong enough in know how to be able to differentiate things it

The fear of rejection puts me down. And where ever I am, whatever I’m doing I just can’t get this girl off my mind. I even struggle to hit her up and strike a conversation but I guess I’m not the only one who experiences this😂

She isn't thinking about me, because she moved onto someone else pretty quickly. Claims to "miss me", while at the same. Time tries to replace me. None of those actions speak "I'm thinking about you". Those actions really send the message "I'm doing this to spite you, so I don't feel stupid for leaving you." I went cold turkey with responding to her because it comes off as weak, and IDC how much I think about her, it doesn't necessarily mean she's sorry, or genuinely cares. There won't be an apology, or an attempt to fix or reconcile anything because she never had time to be alone and work on herself, just hopped on the ex carousel, and rode off into the sunset. She ain't thinking about a thing but herself.

Aliki, wow you put a whole new perspective on things. I have been feeling things that I didn't think I was capable of and have never felt before, and to now think it could be coming from the other person is mind-blowing and I do feel that connection. Yes, this is definitely possible, especially when there is a deeper connection. It is all a matter of energy and can happen even when you don't know the other person well. It can sometimes be difficult to know if it is from you or not, but by shifting your energy into your heart, your core, you have clarity. I wish you happiness Jennifer!

@@astetic_vibezz319 the way to stop it is to try and reach out. Trust me. It may be very scary and u will fear the worst, but it will finally be closure to your thoughts no matter what ends up happening.

This has been extremely helpful. A lot of people talk about stuff like this on KZread but you brought a level of clarity and understanding in your explanation.

The question of should you reach out to them is such a good one. I feel like the answer that comes to you tells you a lot. If you know it's a bad idea to do so for a valid, real reason, then you know you just need to refocus on yourself and happiness. Thank you for that. It's something I knew but needed reminder of.

Once about a year being apart me and my girlfriend got back together and I asked if she missed and thought about me often. She told me yes and she always wondered what I was doing and thinking. I finally had to walk away from her because she was toxic and negative in every way and just liked to bring me down because of my goals. She did not want to move forward with me. Stop thinking about someone who did not really care about you. Move forward and live life,it is too short.

Biggest proof we can have about this, it’s when we aren’t thinking about this person and suddenly you feel deeply that person is next to you and you feel this person is thinking about you. This made me feel so so sooo much better. I am constantly thinking of a friend who i haven't heard back from a couple of weeks, we do have an unfinished business but strangely enough they're always the first person to be looking at my story. Maybe we're too awkward to open the communication again but we're definitely thinking about one another. I wanna energetically get him back but negative thoughts keep creeping into my mind all the time 😩

What you Aliki Hoidas has said is more or less exactly what I found myself doing! So I guess I must be doing something right other than going around making many people happy 😃 as I’ve cared for a partner for years and I still have it in me, so thank you for assuring me and others that this process actually happens. We all live and learn and hopefully there’s some sane person who can help the people who really need help to carry on as they will get everything sorted out eventually.

The worst part about losing someone is knowing what I should have done in retrospect. I ruminate on it constantly. It's so obvious to me now & hate myself for not thinking of it at the time. I caused myself so much pain over so small a thing.

I had a dream that an old lover of mine was on top of me kissing me, and passionately, and I swear I could physically feel his body weight on top! (Only kissing by the way lol) Then another time I walked into a room and could smell food that he liked and strongly, but there was nothing there! And I couldn’t get him out of my mind, it’s very strange but I feel he was thinking of me a lot too!

If they aren’t making contact they aren’t thinking about you. And even if they are thinking about you if they really wanted to see you they would say something.. so either way if they don’t make contact just forget about them and move on. Someone better comes along. And when you move on from them, another better comes along.. and on and on the cycle goes. Never ever be obsessive or clingy

these days I can't sleep. I don't even know why. yes .. there is indeed someone who I can't stop thinking about every day. and there is a connection between us due to a lot of synchronization and I believe it is no coincidence. can someone think of me too and keep my energy up every night? even when I am very tired after work and want to sleep, in the middle of sleep I wake up. like a sudden energy woke me up and made me ask "did you call me?" we couldn't communicate directly. it's like our energies communicate with each other. ahhh .. I'm very confused to explain 😖😣 helppp!!!
