I like how Wong Fu gives us something to think about after watching short films like this one. I mean, this story was not one of the cliché ones where a boy meets a girl, and they fall in love. Most of the short films by Wong Fu seem to explore the hidden meanings of many stories, but portray them from a different perspective or in a way that none of us would think of. Take this story for example. It's taking the "love" matter to one side and bringing in new thoughts and experiences, like the hardship of growing up,' Life,' in Carmen's words. Because these short but satisfying moments between us - the audience - and the short film itself, is a whole new story.

Been here since 2010:) you guys always remind me of the good old KZread days, when it wasn't all about drama and clickbaits. Awesome content as usual keep up the good work!😘:)

I came back to this video time and again whenever i feel completely lost. im graduating in 8 weeks time and i dont know what to do about it. the scene when she looks at ppl thinking they got it figured out relates to me so much bc id always thought ppl are always sure of what theyre doing but i guess thats just exterior. makes me feel comforted that im not rly the only feeling this way and that all i gotta do is to keep searching for that purpose :)

This has got to be my new favorite from Wongfu. The colors, sound, story, everything about it was so good and appealing

I'm a simple person: I see a Wong Fu video and I click on it.

When Wong Fu made a short that speaks to what you feel 😊❤️

Wes's stuff is always so mind blowing- i mean everything that wongfu makes in general is mind blowing- but this was such a breath of fresh air

I could totally tell this was written by Wes when I started to feel the tears itching to come out lol. I don't know how but he manages to capture these feelings that so many of us have in such an accurate and beautiful way. Thanks WF for putting this out! It was much needed!!

Wong Fu is the only channel I watch/read the credits because I know the faces behind the names. Keep up the great work!

very beautiful cinematography and well written, I really loved the diologue at the end. I can relate to this on so many levels. I majored in communication and also do photography! and figuring out what to do in life has been a focus for me lately so this really speaks to me. it's like I get to see myself reflected in this story. amazing work, as always, Wes and Wongfu! I've always been a big fan of Wesley's work, so deep and beautifully captured to tell his stories.

It hits so hard home...I am going to graduate in a little more than a year from now, if everything goes fine But I have no idea what to do after...I mean what do I do after graduating from media engineering? Nowadays people jusg work with the electronics and after a while they get it, so why a degree? I am actually scared that I chose the wrong major, that I can't find a job that I love... When I see it I'll know, but what if I don't see it, because I am occupied with other things? So this one really hits home Amazing work guys, as always :)

Thanks for reading it, and letting me know! :) I love analyzing film technique. What is your interpretation of it? I was thinking that this angle helps us to view the main characters how they view others through the lens of a camera. They feel familiar, yet still like strangers.

well that's a good interpretation. I think Wes sees the potential possibilities our lives can take. He saw from the back of their heads getting a 180 degree front view, I think this view means Wes realizes all the possibilities we can take from there.

I'm graduating this spring and thank you for making this short. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Sometimes I need more than the same words coming from all the celebrities who had the combination of appearance, talent, and hard work to make it in life. But I always considered Wong Fu as the result of the common man chasing their passion after college and making it. I know this was phil's point in his commencement speech at UCSD but it was awesome to see this too.

I never regret stopping everything to watch WongFu. Another amazing short!! I loved the actors and the kinder in the male lead. As a 24 year old, the topic of choosing a path/career is overwhelming.
