@@redline4124 true but i see it conceptually the same as sandblasting...though thankfully much milder. my blocks came out looking better then brand new and my acrylics which took on a nasty yellow tint from some green dye were clear again. so it sure did seem like the floating stuff in the vue did a mild sandblasting of my parts. (and yes it can and has worked it's way through nickel platings, do not use for years :P.. hell I've started recommending it as a lazy way of cleaning :P run for 2 month's flush and all will look shiny and new again ^^ )

Not all manufacturers use the same sizes and fittings when picking components. Then you have to take into account the physical properties of those metals, plastics, acrylics and tubing to get the optimal system that meshes together. All the while taking into account what type of coolant you will utilize. It's a painstaking process until all of your research and troubleshooting pays off in your preferred, completed cooling loop. The molded tubing in this rig is sick. Wish I had done something similar in my builds.
I love the glass corner panel pcs
That monitor is huge
It looks absolutely amazing but eventually you always come to hate water cooling when maintenance time comes 🤣 I strictly use air cooling stuff now but still respect some of the high end water cooling.

Air cooling is more effective and more reliable. That same rig with just a Noctua cpu heatsink would be more than enough cooling, given all the other fans in there.
@MrHowardMoon
Жыл бұрын
@@ikandusiensme I think high end watercooling has become more of a gimmic now. You're always going to have those people who feel the need to make their system look as expensive as possible so they can go "hey, look at me!". When I see these 'Battle Station' gamers, I can't help but laugh at them.
@losaeroburros
11 ай бұрын
@@ikandusiensme Sorry but not for GPUs when pulling more than 250Watts. Eg: a RTX 3080 using 300Watts would basically put in your case 300watts worth of heat that even if you can keep it under 70 C° will increase the temperature of your whole system. However using liquid cooling you can configure it such a way that all that heat goes straight out of your case without warming the rest of the components and ensuring that your GPU is never even going above 60 degrees
@ikandusiensme
11 ай бұрын
@@losaeroburros proper airflow removes the heat without giving it much of a chance to heat up the whole system. the heat is transferred to the fluid, the fluid doesnt magically negate all the heat- so the heat is technically still inside the case. don't even get me started on nvidia not allowing blower configs for gpus, which would actually direct the heat straight out of the case. you can look up countless tests people have done regarding efficiency of air vs liquid cooling, and the results are within just a couple of degrees. i would much rather not run the risk of a pump going out without me knowing or a leak happening and spewing fluid inside the case.
Congrats bro I just get scared seeing these water cooling units and seeing y'all's hard work and that sometime get flooded by a bad cooler or issue I went with nocturnal ceramic fans with a big ass heat spreader
I spotted used toilet paper floating in there.
Just make sure to stay on top of maintenance so you don't blow a head gasket. Then you'll have a bunch of oil in those coolant lines.
