I've got waters in my area where I have to fish a 1\32 oz mushroom jig head. Caught my record, which is pretty big for my location, of 3.2 lb post spawn female on a 7' ultralight rod (bass pro generic) with a 4 lb fluorocarbon leader tied to a 10 lb braided running line. That was a good 5+ minute fight to get that girl in.

Hey Nick: To catch smallies where I live, I swim a TRD TicklerZ on 1/16oz exposed NED jighead "nicking" rocky river bottoms less than 2 feet deep. It works for me.
