As someone who's been in Herald a while, I can almost guarantee you that the radiant thought that you can't really pick up the enemy rapiers. They tried, but their slots were full (they thought backpack would hold it), and it didn't work, so they assumed they were not pick-uppable. Finally, one of them figures it out, and the information spreads to the rest of the team, which is why you see them all start to pick them up at around the same time; they finally figured it out.

same thing happened to me when I first started playing, I was a lion with 3 free item slots, saw the rapier on the ground, clicked it, and saw the text saying "owned by (enemy name)" and I was like "oh damn it's the enemy's I can't use it" and ignored it lol

Rapier always left behind after being drop hahaha. SK pick it up and lose the game . Thats why they dont pick it on the ground it has been cursed.

I once played a 2 hour game 2v5 as Huskar on my 10th game ever of Dota. It was against OD and it was the almost this many kills.

Dazzle still hitting neutrals with 25k gold in the bank while being 7 slotted. And he had the same items for the last hour. Classic

I remember playing a game where player went afk on 6th min and game was abandoned but noone left, game stretched for 2 hours, over 120+ min and that guy came back and we won xDD

Dazzle is pretty bonkers, but I think I prefer him mid if you want him in a core role. When he rotates, things happen and you're better at farming heroes than farming creeps.

Gotta love the dazzle farming jungle at lvl 30 with 20k gold. Like what are you killing the creeps for my guy? Just to have something to do?
