Фильм және анимация

I just want to pass quietly. Odd part is when I was 45 I had adenomatous colon polyps which are precancerous so I dodged that bullet and got this instead. It is suspected that an antibiotic Cipro may have caused this. Antibiotic in same class killed my dog. It also turned her immune system against her. She was my best friend. I am only 65. Well she made the decision it's hers to make. I don't think anyone who disagree with it are just out right judging her. So with that, I watched my mom scared to death of dying pass away at the age of 54. She beat lung cancer just to die from a simple angioplasty. She was in pain for years and that's what killed her. As for my grandmother that had stage 4 colon cancer when she was diagnosed she had a grapefruit sized tumor in her colon and it had spread to her stomach and liver. She hung in there and died in her house the way she wanted. I've seen severe pain and it's it's horrible, but putting this out there is the last option is pretty misleading. People kill the selves every day some in horrible ways, and different reasons. So what about their pain is it any less? Pain comes in every form not just psychical ..

Never take your own life. Its murdering your own self and it's the one sin that Jesus can not forgive because we have to be alive on this earth to have forgiveness. He was tortured and killed for our sin so that our soul can enter the Kingdom of God. I was 1000% atheist but He is real and will forgive us endlessly. He loves us but we belong to Him and not ourselves. He created us and breathed His life into us and was killed for us. I've read over 50 testimonies of believers and nonbelievers who either died or were taken to hell and people who committed suicide are there. There is no going back from that

I am a nurse and been with many as they pass. I wish this option was available in Wisconsin where I live. I am 68 and want choices. It seems cruel to make people suffer when there is help. If I get cancer I do not radiation and chemo because I feel that is insane toxicity and many suffer with that...but I believe everyone should be able to make their own choices. What I have seen mostly is the progression of dementia and similar illnesses and feel like people should have options for that too because it gradually takes everything away and many loved ones suffer too. Love to all.

We have euthanasia if all other living souls are suffering, but not ourselves until recently and that always amazed me. The choice should be there for terminal patients. Pain is just one small reason. What about the diseases that slowly paralyze or others rendering you a complete invalid. So if we dont choose euthanasia that means we don't die with dignity. At least it is with courage & leaves our lives right to the last to God to maybe miraculously heal or take. It's still with dignity just may not look as pretty. And..we can rob our loved ones of going through the death process & learning much about grieving & supporting. And the relief when death dies come.., you can feel ready to let go..not this suddenness of 'mum' still looking beautiful as though she should live for ages. These are my thoughts. I've been with a few who've died & its been an honor to hold their hand & encourage them to put their hand in Jesus hand.. and say: 'let Him carry you over the finish line'..to spend eternity in glory with Him.

Sure it's no fun, but being told you have Cancer & having to fight it definitely isn't fun. My state does have the die with dignity law. It's the incurable, progressive, chronic illnesses that should be top candidates for assisted death with dignity. I've known plenty of people who've be given six months or less to live but are still alive years later, so who's a doctor to make that determination? EVERY human being deserves this humane, compassionate option. Not just cancer patients given 6 months to live. Never ending suffering is worse, in my opinion.

You are right. Some things are worse then death they say. My fight with stage 4 lymphoma (2 letters also which means bone involvement and bully organ site) rocked me. I had to go on experimental stuff called Escaladed BECOPP after normal stuff did not work. That and radiation messed my insides up good. I mean i was glad not to leave my 8 year old and see her 19 in college. But my spleen is growing which hurts, my pancreas has atrophy so that is withering away, osteoporosis an broke my back 3 time in past 5 years lol, voice box is paralyzed on one side so like shelf in throat, and emphysema from all the bleo chemo. Then tack on survivors guilt to add onto it. So with all that I could be on deaths door and cant have death with dignity because all but cancer is an illness they give that for. My ace up the sleeve is a cancer mole on back....leaving it there just incase. Sorry for book. Just prospective.

This is so unbelievably obvious I don't know how anyone can miss it. What is worse, suffering for six months or twenty years. Both are bad, but c'mon. I think it's just religion again, "well, they were almost dead anyway...". Most modern chronic diseases were not around in ancient times, colonial times, etc. Most of our ethics and morals on this come from very different times and are not applicable to today's diseases.

She was diagnosed at 41 yrs old and passed at 44 in a coma with my sister and Aunt holding her hands. My younger bro was 4 yrs old (soon to be 32 yrs old), oldest sis was 18 yrs old (soon to be 46 yrs old), second sis was 15 yrs old (soon to be 43 yrs old). I was 14 yrs old (soon to be 42 yrs old). One of my Mom's death bed wishes was for her kids to graduate college. All my siblings and self earned Bachelors degrees. I also earned an Associate's degree. My oldest sis also earned a Master's degree. I started colonoscopies in my 30's since doctors recommended due to my family history. I took a genetic test too. May this sweet woman rest with dignity and her daughter be filled with comfort and peace.

I know exactly how she felt and what she went through. Last August I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and finished chemo treatments 2 months ago and recently I started the oral pill treatment for the remaining cancer in my liver and lungs. When I first got diagnosed my cancer cell count was 2008, after my last chemo treatment my cancer cell count was 39. I'm ready for the treatment to be done and hear the news that it killed all the cancer. I'm waiting until the oral treatment is done to have surgery to remove the tumor mass in my rectal area and have my colon reattached. So many people don't realize how important it is to have a colonoscopy. I suffered for over 3 years because I assumed the pain, feeling like crap, weak and the bleeding in the stool were from being diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome and I'm lucky I went to the emergency room when I did because I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't

Cancer is horrific and the scarest thing to be told. I had lived through 7 rupurted aneurysms, mrsa of the brain had to have right side of skull removed for over a year. Then I got a bone flap which is a fake skull. And after 9 brain surgeries a massive stroke, I was so thankful to be alive and still able to live a normal life. In 2020 I was told I had cancer and I've never been so scared in my life. Because my younger sister had lost her battle with cancer 4 years earlier. But the lord brought me through the surgery and thank God they were able to get it all.I know that the lord has a purpose for me and each day is truly a blessing and I thank him for each day. Prayers for everyone who is fighting cancer.

I remember watching KC after her husband passed from colon cancer and how she went public to save other families. I'm 47 now and all these years later I remember her family's story. I just had my first colonoscopy recently. Don't be embarrassed about getting it done. Just get it done if you want to be around for your loved ones.

I think this is such a important message to send! I lost my father at 15 it was so so hard he was born with a kidney disease so I grew up taking care of him from the age I was allowed and even in my own ways before. It was our normal. He was always happy never said no to time given. All things I now know were gonna really help me along the ways and when it hurts so so much. I am now 37 with 5 boys! I have so Manu things I do daily to leave behind hopefully when I am just old and it's my time. But in any event that were to change I want to have left some comfort. Some helpful me left to be still with them. I kmkw how it felt. To this day I have so many things I wish I could have done or have of my dad and don't I will fill those spaces. Bless this mother and daughter.

....OMG... I’m a brave guy, but watching this melts my whole heart... I had my eldest sister who had pancreatic cancer, she was only given 3months... when she found out, she called me and said “ thank you for being my baby brother, I would like you to be a grand father someday, I love you and take care of your family” then she put down the phone and she never spoke to me again...😔

Im 52. I have Cancer and stage 5 Kidney failure. It all came in the past 18 months. I was a 6'6 300lb football player until i was 43 yrs old. Always the biggest and strongest man in any room. Now, i have trouble even walking to the bathroom. I want to live, but im facing reality the best i can. I really dont feel cheated i lived in the moment my entire life. Over the yearsci was told my lifestyle would make it hard to retire because instead of saving and investing i traveled and bout and spent and enjoyed it all. Looks like i made the right choice being financially irresponsible lol. I live in pain now, and next month they are taking out half my liver, my gallbladder, lymph nodes, and 2-3 feet of intestines. On top of dialysis. My entire life i was seen as a pillar of strength, i dont want to waste away slowly in pain. I pray God will understand and forgive my decision when that day comes. Until then, ill continue to live in the moment, and make sure everybody i live knows it❤ Good luck and God blees you all.

This is a wonderful option, and I’m sure it provided her with so much strength and relief. I believe knowing that she could end the pain whenever she chose to, helped her hold out in a calm and peaceful way to the very end for her beautiful daughter. What an amazing woman.

My friend was having bad shoulder pain. The doc told her it was a muscle issue. A couple weeks after that she was in a car accident with her daughter. They were a little banged up and her arm was really hurting her. So the doctors did an X-ray and then sent her in for an MRI and found that she had a large cancerous tumor in her lung. It was stage 4. She passed away exactly one month later. It was heartbreaking. Cancer is an ugly disease. I pray for these peoples comfort and peace during thwir battle. God bless.❤

I am dealing with an aging/dying pet at the moment. I am seriously grief-stricken, and feeling the dread of heartbreak as I contemplate the loss of my best buddy and my mother's advancing years and declining health. I LOVE that people can be honest and open about such a sad but natural event. Our family talks openly, and these videos help greatly. RIP Donna ❤

If anyone is wondering how a cancer patient is overweight, she's not, she most likely took corticosteroids which can give you what's called a "moon face", whole face puffs up and it's round, just like the moon, hence the term moon face. May she rest in peace. And I hope her daughter is coping better than I do with my loss of mom to small cell lung cancer 😔

  • @MsLoverPower

@@meddeck I knew 5 people who went through cancer treatments before my late mum was diagnosed and that treatment is hard on body and most people loose a lot of weight, to the point of many being skin and bones and it has surprised me when my mom had the moon face. That's why I've explained it because my mom (retired nurse) has explained it to me at that time. There's no harm in wondering and getting knowledge in my opinion.
