@@dominicarts3919 Yea what factions tend to do, especially if there are no rules to join them, is unite the world's biggest powers making the whole point of Rise of Nations useless because an attack on one of those members is an attack on all of them. Even if they are losing they can just bring in their whole squad to dominate you.
