what hurts more is keeping them inside while you are with the closest people to you. Believe me that hurts more and it hurts more when you suddenly realize that you suppress your feelings from yourself. It hurts when the closest people to you don't accept that you can't be happy all the time. In their eyes you have everything and you're too young to feel sad. They say they are more hurt than you there are people that having it worse than you and they never acknowledge your true feelings. you have to be happy. you have to feel satisfied and be grateful for them and understandable for what they're going throw. when it comes to you it doesn't matter all . what you have to do is be successful and excellent at school . later when you have that perfect job your life is gonna be perfect your gonna be endless happy they tell you. you pretend to be happy you laugh you smile no matter what . you start wearing the mask in your own home. all the time and everywhere. till at some point you don't know what your true feelings are till that one time you realize that you feel what is expected from you to feel. you realize that your feeling became covered from your own self. you feel lost and down but you don't have time for that because you have to be successful you have to be perfect all the time. and they always criticise you on every little thing you do you are never good enough. when you do something Good they're never grateful your efforts are and will be always normal the lowst thing they except . you have nobody even yourself because you have lost it you ignore it for too long and now you are here. want to say bye to this life and at the same time want to change it make it better but then you remember that your future only depends on them they are controlling you and why should you try then if they can destroy it at anytime. I'm sorry for my bad englisch it's not my first language . I want to thank you for writing this comment I finally got out what I should have long ago ans I will try to try and not give up.

I was her four years ago. Lost in the streets after losing my job, my family, my home and eventually my car due to an illness. My life flipped upside down in a matter of months. I went from having it all to having nothing. I started doing drugs to help with my chronic pain. And seriously wanted to end my life. But then I prayed and the next day drugs stopped working. I tried and tried but found no relieve. I eventually got clean and returned my life to Christ. Today, not only do I have my health back, but my family grew bigger. Now I have grandchildren and a good husband. The struggles I went through made me realize what really matters. Family, good friends and a relationship with Jesus. Material things don’t matter anymore. And I also learned who my real friends were. The unexpected ones. God is good.

Although that might won't get read by anyone, I still gonna write it.. I hope for happiness to come for me and everyone else as well someday, because we all deserve it

That's beautiful, really but not for me anymore. I stopped to hope, because every time i hope things will be better, they don't. They even are worst. And it's much more suffering when you have hope. I just had hope for too long. Every time i think things to be better, they become worst. Everytime i say a girl how much i love her, she tells me she doesn't because she has bad experiences or just because she doesn't love me more than a friend. My heart have been broken too much time by life, and this time i don't think it will be repaired one day. I feel like i'm empty inside and i doubt that something will fill that void one day. But even if i'm sad, hopeless or anything like that, i will do my best to help other to be happy again. To everyone who reads this one day, never forget that you deserve love and a happy life.

Hope - simultaneously human's greatest weakness and human's greatest strenght

Had this in the background while talking to a friend, kinda forgot the music was still running, the convo got deep and we started talking about losing people, losing people in many ways either moving away, being left behind, or death. It brought me back some memories of my old friend who took their life away around 5 months ago. just started balling my eyes out because they meant so much to me, they were always there when I was going through hard times, they were so joyful and bouncy, little did I know they were depressed deep down and one day they told me they left, and I was confused, they left? Wdym they left, left where? A few calls later and nothing, I realized that they left left, they’ll always be remembered in my heart. Rest easy ❤️

Depression is really hard to understand but please don't be hard on that person. I know how it feels. I can promise you your friend would have preferred not to have done it! It was just too much at that moment. I wish you the strength to keep the good memories and move on to happier times. That's what you deserve.

I'm really sorry for your lost... I never experienced something like this before, but in the past, I think I could have been one of the people like your friend... I also thought a lot about just giving up, because my life was one big mess right from the start, but there were always something, which held me back... the people I loved... I always thought, I couldn't do this to them... couldn't leave them with this hurt... In the end, I am happy, that I decided to carry on, and try and hope for the future, because in the end, it went better (not much better, but better)... But also until now, there is no-one, who really knows about this part of my story, because I just wanted anybody to be happy around me (because only that made me happy to)... Long story short meaning: Thank you for sharing this story! It really means a lot to me, to know, what could have happened, and how glad I am, that I had chosen the right choice. I know, it is now a long time ago, and you maybe already moved on, but as a person, how maybe can relate to your friends feeling, I can assure you: It was not an easy choice, and you were very important to him. Stay strong!

Some people don't understand the power of this music. They think it's overdramatic. I really feel alive by listening to this music.

Even as i was consumed, i still held hope. I laid dying for hours and i am still here....because of hope. Hope i would see my daughters. Hope i would see my wife. Hope....that i wouldnt get to heaven yet

Tolkien hits different than any other writer I'm sry if you disagree with me but in my opinion he's the best writer ever.

A poem I wrote 7-15-2020 When the last hope fades will you be with me? When the last hope fades can I say I'm okay? When the last hope fades will I find something new to live for? When the last hope fades will the sunrise again? How can It when hope is gone? Even when the sky is gray can I still see the light? With these hidden feelings inside. A new day will come. Maybe not as soon as we want. We will love again. The sun will rise again. Yes, it has a peaceful element of acceptance more than a hopeless depressive feeling for me. I have an anxiety disorder too.

Tears trickles down her petal soft cheeks. The intense wind whipped her skirts around her legs, her hair stinging where it landed under her eye. Why? The eternally unanswered question. There was no sense to be made of it; it just existed. Her large eyes looked out over a dark, placid lake, she vaguely noticed how the waves moved in their own unnoticed rhythm, and how the full moon made this scene almost perfect. Why? The question pressed itself on her forcefully. It wasn’t fair, life wasn’t fair. She hadn’t asked for her innocence to be stolen, for her whole world to be flipped upside down, and to now be imprisoned in a life if slavery to herself. She had never asked to forever be trapped with a struggle that she had no hope of overcoming. Who would’ve asked to be a slave to themselves, never to have a moment to be free of their own mind, their own inclinations? True, many events had led her and brought her to this place, to the prison of her own being, but the screeching cries of her soul had only made it worse. Never had she felt more alone. She looked down into the freezing water, her mind fighting to make a decision. Those cold waves would make perfect hands to silence the agony raging inside her. Her thoughts raced. Death would be the perfect escape. No more would the chains that bound her drag her down, pulling her to more woe and horror. All loneliness would vanish, she would simply cease, be at ease, no longer hear the cries of her aching heart. These thoughts were becoming more pleasant by the minute, and they had nearly convinced her, yet she paused. She still had a choice. The chains on her wrists, though really to her, were but figments of her imagination. She still could choose to be free. Yes, it would take hard work. Yes, it would be the most pain she could have ever imagined, but she could still choose to live better. She was stronger than her chains, she was better than them in so many ways. They did not need to define her. Simply the moonlight on the rippling water was enough to start to making her want to return to the dock each evening. Yes, she could be free, free from her chains, free from the horrors inside, or she could choose to fight them, each day battling the pain the surfaced anytime she saw her own face in the reflection of the mirror. Fight or quit. The choice was hers now to decide. Fresh tears filled her dark eyes as she glanced up at the milky glow of the large satellite above her. “This choice is mine and no one can take it from me.” After fighting so hard for so long, she smiled. This was her choice. I just felt inspired to write this. I’m sorry if it’s bad. I just wanted to put this out there. For those of you (us) that are hurting, stay strong. Better days are coming, and you’re a thousand times stronger than you think you are! ❤️

Pain. People think it is feeling hurt, but it is so much more. It is that longing deep inside. That thought that you could of been so much more. That urge to go back and change it all. Pain makes companions of us all. It is a part of us. But that’s ok. Because pain is what will make you stronger. We try to avoid it, but by doing so, we are not complete. Suffering is just fearing the moment you are in. Don’t suffer from pain. Not when it’s emotional pain. It is so much stronger they the physical kind.

I wouldn't have gotten this old without music... In the past, i see my mum telling me stories of her life. Nowdays i'm telling my kids things of my past. We all moved one chair further...

We are prisoners of ourselves. Some of us unknowingly lock ourselves away and paint our faces with smiles in hope that no one will notice the pain in our eyes. Barriers are built and destroyed over and over again. We tell ourselves over and over again that it won't happen again. We tell ourselves that they aren't like the rest. But every time, just like the rest who had broken us, we let the next pick at the neat little threads we'd used to sew ourselves back together. We let people tear open our hearts and bare our souls. As they stand there laughing in our faces, we just smile. We have to smile. If we allow ourselves to feel again... if we allow ourselves to acknowledge the fact that this may be the point of no return, we might just crumble. How far have we gone? How far have we been broken passed repair? How long and how far will we let them break us? On the outside we smile. We laugh with them so it doesn't hurt so much. We pretend and play along until we are alone. Once the doors close, the smile fades and all the seams that kept us together tear until our hearts are bleeding out. On the inside, as we smile every day, we hear the tiny gasps and whimpers of our souls begging for love and affection. So we tell ourselves, one more time. One more time I'll fall in love again. One more time I'll bare my heart and soul. Yet, we know that this "one more time" will turn into a thousand "one more times" because all we want is love. We starve for it. We starve for it as much as we need air. They starved us of it for so long that we become desperate for it. It's a hunger we can never seem to quench. The longer we starve, the more broken we become when another person comes and tears another seam into our hearts. Do you know what our greatest fear is? It isn't love, dear. You'd think that wouldn't you? Love should be our biggest fear. No, it's being alone... it's being rejected. We fall in love so easily and so frequently in hopes someone will some day do the same in return. But then when one person after another chips at those seams, we begin to realize that we can't imagine a life alone or full of rejection. We want affection, whether emotional or physical, we starve for it. We smile and pretend. We laugh with tears in our eyes in hopes no one will see the pain. It becomes hard to trust, but we find ourselves so willing to trust again naively because we can't help but once again search for that breath of fresh air. And just when we think we've finally found the fresh breath of air we'd been starved of most of our lives, we find out it's toxic and now we're dying once again.

We suffer alone, we die alone. Once you acknowledge and see this fact, you can't turn blind eye to it. No matter how much want to believe otherwise, life will find its way to inflict pain on you, scars that no ones see in your soul, buried deep down to hide away the pain and never let people exploit them. Yet we still want it, we can not let go of the desire but pain also won't let us go. We are forever stuck in this cycle and this is one of the most painful tragedies of life.

... Lost is my biggest fear, it can reflect in this... But yet, we still stand up and go for it, only to be blasted back, over and over again, it seems all hopes is lost, and it all reflects to you, your fault. But hope is what we need, it's all the matter of perception, hope isa part of us, it seeps through our blood, if hope is lost, we are lost. And lost is my biggest fear, so may we never lose hope. If listen carefully in hope, you will listen to hope itself, listen to the music in search of hope, did you find it?

Ever noticed that youtube actualy brings out the best out of each of us. You can find every nationality in these comments...every single one of us...no matter wich country we are from have things in common since we all listen and love music like this. We all have feelings. It brings out the best in each of one of us! Music like this can be many different things to the person that is listening....that can be sadness...happiness...love...things we have done wrong in the past. So many things...yet we can all have our opinions here in a comment section...this for me is evidence that we can all live together and that we all are the same. Sure we all have different opinions...but in here they/we can talk about it. No matter what, in the end we are all the same...humans with feelings. Music like this brings us together!

Call me a pessimist, but I picture it like we are in different cells in one big prison. I know there are ppl like me out there, those who can understand you when you don't say a word. Still we are destined to feel alone. Sometimes I imagine how could it be to live in the world among... gosh, so hard to explain... I imagine like a dome sorrounded by nature (untouched forest with lots and lots of animals), in that dome we live - most of us are scientists, there are androids drifting among us, and it's so pieceful, no government, no economy, ppl learning new stuff, making progress in data science and space, like one big family.

I just lost my Father last month on the Fourth of October from COVID. I still have my Mother and I am truly thankful. She had COVID too but she survived. But I feel so lost without him. He was my strength and he gave me courage. The hardest part is facing the world without him. The nights are hard cause we used to talk on the phone. And my last conversation with him on the phone he was suffering and dying and he couldn’t move. I begged him to go back to the hospital but he thought he could pull through. I’d do anything to see him again. T_T

To everyone in tough times right now, who have had tough times before and to those who might and will face tough times in the future. Fear not. No matter how hard it gets, no matter how hard it hits, you get up. It doesn't matter if it takes time to do so, just make sure you get back up. Bruised, cut or even broken. You get back up and keep going, because if you don't then no one will. They need you, like you need them. We work better together, we achieve greater things together. It doesn't matter if they laugh or kick you while you're down, it doesn't matter if they keep saying you won't get back up because you're going to get back up. Nothing is eternal. Remember the hard days, and how far you've come. It doesn't matter if you've made mistakes, because even if we repeat those mistakes we will learn eventually. If you truly think it's over, think again. Humans break, they at times are stupid, make bad decisions and don't learn easily. But look how far we've come as humanity, and all of this progress and achievements because we worked together. If you need help, seek it. It isn't weak to trust, to love, to share or to care. It's strength, because you recognize that you can't do it alone. To have someone by your side is a great thing. But sometimes people don't have that someone, or so they think. You've always had someone at your side, and that person is you. You and yourself. The person who you talk to in your head, the one who helps you making decisions. The one who's always there for you. But you don't see it most of the times, you don't realise it. But you've always been there for yourself. And if you think that doesn't count, you're already denying yourself from you. Embrace your imperfections, embrace who you are. Because even though it seems you're the only one out there, you're not. Many of us yern for a friend we can trust and be completely comfortable with. And you will find that person if you seek them. If you're reading this, please know that I would really like to have someone like you by my side. Even if we part ways in the future, or even if we wouldn't like eachother, at least I would have met someone new. We're all different yet we're so similar. Don't let go of yourself, seek the true you and embrace it, hold it until your hands give out. Because if you lose yourself, you'll be below the ground. And to get back to the surface will be a much tougher task. Give yourself a chance, congratulate yourself for the good things you've done because not many will do it for you. If you can see into my heart, you will know how much your words mean to me. I'm recovering from a deep crisis, and it's hard to keep moving forward. As of yesterday the love of my life was kicked out her parents house and we both sat on the curve together with our 2 cats hurting, I stay in NC and she stays in Cali, i had to get on a plane and go back to NC and i instantly regret doing that leaving the love of my life there all alone in a motel, I’m going back home to make money so I can get us a apartment and I want her to come live with me and my father until I can afford the apartment, I just love this girl so much, we been together for 7 years we watched each other grow up and I just can’t imagine living in a world without her in my life and I never want to imagine that, her family hates me, and I just feel like a plague, a parasite, and im on the plane rn depressed, deep in thoughts, I haven’t slept, I’m constantly worrying about her....and I just don’t know what’s going on......

Its so hard to convey to others that your struggle compares to theirs, so that they see someone made it and they can too. I feel your wording is spot on in doing so. If i could show everyone that's facing hardship, your words, i would. But i cannot, but you showed me and i will cherish it.

It was so sad to see him going through those plastic surgeries. Man in a pressure cooker.

Do you ever just sit and cry about life, about yourself, about the good and the bad. Do you ever just wanna sit in the dark watching the rain and cry along with the sky. Because sometimes I find myself sitting at the bottom of my room holding myself as I stare into the sky grasping for air as tears feel like there being pulled out of me by someone else. I can find myself having great days of smile and laughter yet sit was sadness washed over me, listening to thunder clash against the earth like my fists do to my desk. Hearing it shake the earth like the screams that shake you from holding them inside. To only find that once you can scream nothing comes out only thin air of tight breaths with hot tears pooling your eyes. Sometimes over nothing, sometimes over everything and no matter how hard you try, all you can do is sit and watch yourself break apart and rebuild right in front of you

The most painful is that... When you trying to say to your mother that you are depressed but, she won't believe you... My mother: What are you talking about?? you only stay at your room and playing mobile games doing no chores only playing. Me:"Fake laugh" Is hard when no one believes when you need them the most...
