Free command centers and flying planetaries that can fire mid air. Totally balanced, add it to PVP. An idea for the Haven mission would be to switch it and have the evil colonists infesting peaceful Zerg settlements, Dr. Hansen could be whining each time you clear an "infestation" using her voice-lines from "The Evacuation".

This is true from a technical standpoint as well. Because Selendis wasn't in existence when the meme fired, she was not on the ship and therefore could not quit

Since you asked about Norse mythlogy... Warriors that die in battle gets sent to Valhalla to fight and party untill Raknarok ,(which is pretty much the end of the world) where they join the gods in battle fighting the children of Loki

I would say the only thing memeable about Haven's Crawl is replacing all lines of a settlement being infested with "Another Settlement needs your help" and making it more distorted or high-pitched each time.

Could also do it as a false alarm mission. The Protoss detect a single zerg (Drone/Zergling) and you have to find and eliminate it before the Protoss overwhelm all the not-actually-infested-at-all colonies.

It always happens that a unit responds to random Grant statements, and I love it.

The best part of this first mission is Tychus randomly deciding he needs to go use the restroom and ditching the Odin to do so.

Daaang, those sponsorship upgrades are awesome. The Normal People one seems like it's custom designed to let you funnel a reactor barracks full of marines directly into a memedic for abominations, but I can see the free command centers and refineries letting you do some absolutely silly-fast expansions and planetary fortress rushes.

7:55 Love how Grant just starts clicking and his giggles start getting louder as the Thor is growing. 27:06 What are the chances that you fight the Legacy of the Meme Mothership or the Spear of Adun in Safe Haven?

I love how Grant quit as well as everyone on the Hyperion.

The Petsuchos (or however the hell the original spelled it) isn't the only unit with an updated name. The Mountain Giant is now called the Jotun (makes a LOT more sense, same with the new Petsobek name) so it seems that some units will be getting more culturally accurate labels.

I am going to be so sad if Hal's angels aren't biblically accurate

Odin's Raven keep targeting random streetlight is just so funny to see, it still happens in co-op till now

I think the best way to do the Haven missions is to set them to be drastically harder. In Fall, all bases get corrupted from the start, and against the Protoss, their bases (and the mothership) are much stronger. To compensate, you get extra meme units from your allied faction. Protoss give Toss memes and Hanson gives infested Terran memes. Just imagine planet cracking Hanson's bases with the Angry Mamaship, or an Investor dropping Infested Hansons while feeding you extra income. Meanwhile, Matthew scolds you throughout the mission for letting the settlements fall (even though you could do literally nothing about it), or the Protoss being passive aggressive about the infestation, hinting you should've just sided with them from the beginning. To make it even better, you also fight some of the memes from the faction you didn't choose. Memes all around!

This is one of the best custom made campaigns, that I've seen from giant grant

probably the only meme-able thing about the Haven mission would have been a Fallout 4 reference with all the Settlements needing help

I was genuinely really happy to hear they had named them properly as the Petsobek.

The Computer Player doing BM and leaving the game had me in stitches XD

Valhalla is essentially a holding place for Odin's army come Ragnarok. Basically, if you die a worthy death, Odin's Valkyrie will come and guide your soul to Valhalla. There you can enjoy as many mortal pleasures you want while simultaneously being trained as Odin's army for the final war. It's basically Norse Heaven and what everyone strives for

That upgrade to make command centers free is lowkey amazing. Bruh, they give 10 supply. Guess who isn't building depots anymore. You can get your supply to chill out in the air around your base. I guess we zerg now.

That viking revive seems utterly broken with the "normal people" sponsor: build viking -> kill it yourself -> get resources back -> repeat ad infinitum . Revive infinite vikings.

Some billbords even seem to be stolen from other game localisations! Dear Lord!

Man, you talking about how all the modders and community jumping on board with the massive popularity of this mod... Not sure how many people got this meme. In the viking methos odin is often depicted with 2 ravens next to his thrown.

Those Predators look great. They get a lot better when numbers boost damage, and it's hilarious when they jump up to chew on those ~~starships~~ mutalisks.

Here's how you meme the Haven infestation mission: Political Infestation. Instead of zerg, Mengsk has sent mind-control science vessels to take over colonies. The infested colonists yell "Mengsk was right!" as they charge you and "Mengsk did nothing wrong!", to the point that it gets annoying. There's no saving them. Raynor's only choice is to destroy them, becoming not at all like Mengsk in the process. :D

I appreciated committing to the "everybody quit" bit.

Should've really brought 1 Hellion to clear the creep at that base in the second mission, haha

The full refund to friendly fire sounds insane if you can get the final hit on your own troops; I wonder if the amount refunded scales to amount of friendly fire damage taken from full HP total? Sounds overly complex, but the "forcefully retire your injured troops for full refund" sounds so huge.

There also was a strange overseer at the first expansion... 10:10 Edit: Science Karaxes have different names. And two Tychuses after burning Haven

I don't think you check the names of abilities enough. Initially you avoid it, to not spoiler yourself. Later, you only read teh short summary and never check them.

Missed the Science Vessel tooltip in all the chaos.

All warriors (Viking was a profession, not a people) who died in honorable battle would be brought to Valhalla by the Valkyries, to train until the say Ragnarok came. On the day of Ragnarok, all men and women in Valhalla would ride to battle alongside Odin to face off against Loki, the giants and a bunch of other monsters and beings who would bring about the end of the realms.

Aaah you have to click the Thor to recharge it because "I am wasting away here!"
