A-ha! I thought I'd seen the little madam before. If I was her carer I would be very worried that she was an alcoholic-in-waiting. She may not be an evil or nasty person - just somebody who is extremely shy and immature, and can only be the person she looks like she should be by drinking a lot. After a while it takes a large amount of booze to get your buzz on. I know from decades of experience as a functioning alkie. She can't help her addiction, so somebody needs to take away her ability to drive, perhaps by offering her a 10 year prison sentence if she gets behind a wheel again. Only a massive threat will work for her. Nature blessed her with physical perfection, but unfortunately it is those people - people who you think should have a matching personality - that fall foul of drink and drugs. I spent some considerable while going to AA here in the UK, and it amazed me how many of the women there are very beautiful indeed. I wish her all the help she needs, and above all the desire to get better. She isn't really having fun, just getting drunk to get through life's expectations.

Never submit to a field sobriety test. Only ever submit to a breathalyzer, as that is the only one legally required. Plenty of people fail sobriety tests sober, and they can arrest you even if you are. Just a little information for everyone watching. These ladies were all wasted though. LOL

They can't force you to take a breathalyzer. You can refuse. You still will be charged with a DUI. Might lose your license for a bit. But you won't incriminate yourself. It's evidence used against you.

They're comparing the way they handled the arrests. The first lady was much more graceful about it than the third and arguably the second.

As someone who has been in trouble for DUIs in the past, I can say these girls got off *real* easy. Going home same night, especially after refusal of breathalyzer?? Probation and community service when your license AND plate were invalid on top of lying about how much you drank? Dang. Is Indiana just hardass af or what? I feel like i got the book thrown at me. Edit: I deserved to get arrested and I am grateful that I never hurt anyone or myself. I needed to be held accountable for my actions. (I'm just shocked at what a slap on the wrist these girls got)

This was 2012. I am a woman (as my profile picture clearly shows lol) so idk I didn't get womanly privilege or whatever dude above is implying
