I recommend you to watch doctor romantic 2 and 3. Altho you can watch doctor romantic season 1 but It's actually okay to watch 2 and 3 because 2 and 3 has some different casts in it like sungkyung. thank you so much for your reaction!!

is the plot related between the seasons? I want to watch season 2/3 on its own but I'm concerned if there's something important from the previous seasons that I need to watch to understand the context.

you should watch s1 to understand, also i dont see why you wouldn't, the first seasons ML and FL are great, and they return in S3 (one of them) and we meet the main 3rd character in s1 who lasts the whole show so i'd say yes, but if you really dont want to then no ig you dont have to but i cant really understand why you wouldn't want to.@@himaririku5289

@@himaririku5289 i don't think there's something to worry about watching season 2 and 3 without watching season 1 because I watched only 2 and 3. Since season 2 has different main leads which is sung kyung and ahn hyosop, It's more like their story, the doctors and doldam hospital. Btw its really fun!
