排骨焯水,清水洗净杂质。下高压锅加水没过排骨三之一高上汽后压20分钟,然后卸掉压力阀开锅放入萝卜或土豆,盖盖炖15分钟。汤清肉烂,萝卜酥软,土豆起沙,营养丰富。
呃……我洗的方式和你差不多,但是我都洗完後…………大同電鍋搞定!!👍👍
