The thing I like about Rugby players is though they play all out, they are respectful about not going for each others heads or most other body parts unlike NFL style football. To see these men do what they do, without pads, is inspiring actually. Just a yanks opinion.

That’s Cus there’s rules that you can tackle over chest height.. Moment you go over the chest and tackle someone .. you’re out for the rest of the game with a red card.. But obviously inside of the rucks there are hits that the ordinance doesn’t see much

I grew up playing both in South Africa, stopped rugby since Covid but still play footy (soccer)
