    I know these videos are old and Ronnie's attitude has changed over the years but some of the times he challenged referees on a touching ball were aggressive and uncalled for. If a referee makes a call you have to roll with it whether you agree or not. If the players could just dictate the game then there would be no referee.

    Ebdon is the mirror opposite type of player compared to O,Sullivan - no wonder they don't get on. Ronnie shows emotions, Ebdon is a plank of wood. Ronnie has natural talent, Ebdon has to have full concentration. Ronnie is quick & fluid, Ebdon is slow & boring. Ronnie is a regular winner, Ebdon is a total loser. I think its far away... O'Sullivan loves to make records -not only he loves it: he needs it because of his mental issues... Therefore he plays the hell out of it. Even if he is doing better now - because of his jogging/running-hobby. There are still few records to break (for example Stephen Hendry's world champion-records).. I'm quiet sure, he will play snooker for a lot of years from now... But for sure: i can be wrong about it.

  • @PygmalionFaciebat

    @PygmalionFaciebat

    4 жыл бұрын

    @KS Donald Under normal circumstances i would answer a Hendry-fanboy : 'Why' ? ... but i make an exception this time... Maybe - your answer shows, that Snooker needs an Elo-System , to decide really objective: who is the better player. Until then, O'Sullivan-fanboys will say : 'O'sullivan is the best, because this and that'...and Hendry-fanboys will say : 'Hendry is the best, because this and that' ... A Elo-System is quiet effective to decide that, indepentend from opinions and interpretations about 'what we count how much as 'rule' for deciding who is the better player'. I'm sure, you know the elo-system.

    Ronnie showing across multiple generations why talent alone isn't enough to be a great. Ability, trophies, records, keep em, class, respect, pride, you'll do well to find more than a handful of people to fit that criteria I'm afraid. If Ronnie done that to Ali in a club he'd be unable to attend tournaments because of damaged eyesight. That's why Ronnie practises on his own, and has an artist and a psychiatrist as his team. Every single other player practises with other players, and has a team of former snooker players, or friends and family around them. Ronnie osullivan is the Mario balotelli of snooker. All the talent, none of the class
