What happens in 5 or 10 years when she has severe in stent stenosis?

Great question. The stent has not had in-stent re-stenosis, so far. These stents do not have much metal in them. It is meant to protect the lumen from coil prolapse, not "jailing atheroma".

If you get to the 5 year mark the stent would have endothelialized and you're very unlikely to get edge stenosis after that.
