Biker was more in the wrong than the driver in the end. Like you said, he positioned way too far in the middle of the road. Driver looked to be an older man, so I guess he miscalculated his turn. Then the driver, like he should, stopped immediately after causing the accident. And then this piece of shit's immediate reaction is to break his f*cking window. What a child.
