I ran upon your channel while looking for good spots in Philadelphia seeing as I’ve been a resident for 11 years but all the while I hated it here. And I knew that since I’m young and I cannot venture just yet I had to look for happiness here yet that realization had not gutted me. Instead I felt safe and okay -seeing you capture all these aspects of this wonderful city grounded me. I’ve always been one to dream big and look into the future but all while I’m in a shitty place yet I won’t look to the present and fix current issues. I’m now on that path so I want to thank you even though you might not know but becoming apart of this journey. - a friend (:

Great video, watched it twice since it's liked on my list and felt the same feeling when I watched, like a that's my home feeling. Philly is said to be the best city to visit along with it being the first US Capital where it all began. I also love the food here but even PA itself. All about the little things in life that show how much bigger other things are. I respect all other cities that have their own home light to it. In the end we all call America home, but Philly is where it began for unity =).

I left in 2005 and came back in 2009 and can't leave...at least not anywhere else in the US. This city is full of character. It's not a city for the softies...and that's something I'm proud of when I say Philly is my city. Sucks you guys have negative opinions and chose to share them. Maybe visit again....a lot has changed.

Also, PHL is not just downtown and South Philly. As narrow minded as you are sir, it's a huge massive gorgeous city. I see nothing of Mt Airy or West Philly along Lancaster Ave, I see no Eastwick or Northern Libs or Fairmount or Roxborough or Manayunk. Might want to go explore the city more. Or cut some scenes in next time it snows to make it look like you tried to be inclusive of the city as a whole ;-)
