The referees had no excuse not to check that LeBron block for goal tending at that point in the game. What they did was essentially like referees not checking whether a player was short of the goal line near the end of a NFL playoff game. It's just one call but gives Kings Lakers vibes. When they barely talked about it post game and on the morning shows I knew som was a-muck. It was the referee version of the JR Smith gaffee in the finals. Except there's only 1 JR Smith. There's multiple referees.

@@limitation246 I’m not going to start a fight here. Go back and watch both plays in slow motion. The goaltend was not obvious in real time, however it was without a doubt illegal. The out of bounds call, in my opinion, was called correctly. I say in my opinion because it wasn’t obvious even in slow motion and the argument could be made for both sides. Even with that, it isn’t two points erased directly from the score board. Overtime is still possible if that call goes the other way. The same can’t be said for the goaltend.

That is not a goaltend it's a clean block the ball is behind the finger the whole time rewatch it at times and you will see. Lemme ask you a question why would he try a finger roll off the very bottom of the backboard? Also that out of bounds play is obviously out on young idk how you can make the case that it wasn't. Especially since LeBron didn't touch it until the ball had already gone out of bounds. That play could've and shoulda been reviewed. Also the Cavs were screwed out of points of either a 3 or 2 add that with the Cavs also being wrongfully getting the ball taken from them with a chance to put points on the board. Lastly there are people that say "if goaltend called then LeBron won't make or shoot a 3 down 2 " when there are numerous times he has made game winners down like against Orlando
