Your videos helped save my life. I'm so much better than I was a few years ago. To anyone reading this who is going through hell, just keep going, I know how bad it gets but you can get better.

@@igallagher4 I have tried but he's refusing. I sourced an ocd/scrupulosity counsellor who I know can help but after 3 sessions he said he wasn't going to continue. As he's 30 years old it's difficult for me to force him even though he lives at home. It's extremely traumatic to live with someone who behaves this way. My whole family is suffering.

I’m glad I found you Chrissie my therapist told me to be careful watching you but now I know that maybe I’m not alone maybe I’m not the only one I feel like I don’t deserve happiness to live my life to have money to entertain people do music singing dancing and acting and be famous like I want too because of the thoughts I have and the images I have seen and my past and childhood trauma but I’m on this new journey and I know I can overcome anything.

Dear Chrissie, what would be the difference between the groinal response and PGAD? I was diagnosed with OCD recently and my theme revolves around health and especially PGAD and the fear of having unwanted orgasms, arousal. I actually experience the physical symptoms (not orgasms) and it's terrifying. It comes with sexual intrusive thoughts too but I'm not sure if it is the sensation that causes the thoughts or vice versa. It is terrifying. Thank you

I have a similar one. Fear of unwanted arousal, and fear that I might actually have an orgasm at those thoughts. I really don't know, but I think it's related..the more scared you are, the stronger it makes you feel. OCD horrors

@@Ecclesiastes3v11 I am trying my best to get to a therapist. It’s not easy to control your emotions when you’re going through such agony for every single thing. My problem is that my family doesn’t seem to support me financially for my recovery. At the same time I have too much pride to seek help myself, better is for the family to help (and act normally) for the person to go to the therapist they have arranged or better yet get an online session.
