Hi Lisa, it's made by a company called Cameo Rose. I got it in newlook last summer. There was only one without a tag and due to a sale being on they sold it to me for £7.50 whooohooo!!!! 😁 I love a bargain 😍 I've looked on google and seen the dress on ebay
