Just a tip Combo breaker only goes off if it's 5-7 seconds of chain CC. If there is even 0.1 seconds of time where you can move your character, you'll never get combo break. This also applies to playing a CC comp, don't overlap cc, give them very small windows of freedom.

I think it's 5 seconds of cc in a 7 second interval Look at 14:29 . Garen is able to move a little between ccs but he gets cc broken. Source: Nidhogg if I remember correctly, I take his word

Nope, it's if you are immobilized for at least 5 of the last 7 seconds. The reason why it was working so well for him with the Q, especially early, is because it's a 1 second stun on a 2 second cooldown, which means at best he's stunning them for 3.5 seconds within 7 seconds so they never get combo break.

Leona had a 2 sec cd on a 1 sec duration cc, for combo break to work, they have to be stunned for 5sec of the last 7sec. Thats why it never triggered in early, they were stunned for 4 sec of the last 8

Combo break is such a poorly implemented mechanic. Players should just get ramping tenacity when CC'ed for more than 2 seconds straight or more than 2.5s in the last 3-4 seconds while CC'ed. As the tenacity ramps, you will be less likely to trigger the combo break (in this case ramping tenacity) in the future, BUT the ramping tenacity would slooooowly fall off over time if you haven't been CC'ed for a while. (What I'm not sure about, is what forms of CC this should apply too. Should slows count? Roots? Maybe they do, but provide less ramping tenacity. Having it only apply to hard CC may still lead to issues, as comps could kite the every living h*** out of you with ms and slows/roots, but that does technically have some counterplay still, so maybe it's fine.) What do y'all think? What would your solution be?

Btw Mirage Blade also reduces your ult cooldown since it is a blink ability so that's why the reduced cd stat was so high I think!
