Axe missed spell 1 But still buff ongoing and also pa s shard breaks passive with pure 16% damage so axe 3 won't work . Axe is basically immune to physical damage with his shard

I reviewed the video several times, in The beggining axe is holding 14 kills NY culling Blade, than with The first kill it drops to 10, than 11,12,13 and 14. Which is the same as the start, can someone explain?
