no he's losing them. Firstly the detonation isn't stunning everything on the map, Secondly going straight down one lane doesn't give you the distance needed to make it bigger than the map.

imo these are not bugs but more like testing a new thing like Talents in Vainglory. It also started out like this on one of the champs: Taka suddenly has insane range on one of his abilities, everyone thought it was just a bug but then next patch its a feature, called a Talent and every champ has 3 Talents.

This should be a gamemode

Everything seems to be working as intended, this is just a new urf mode.
