Thing about Hisoka is, he's so incredibly cracked that if you're still alive, it's because he's either allowing it as part of some strategic long-game or he simply has no interest in you. If he asks to meet up, you literally have nothing to lose. If homie wanted you dead, you would be already, he's very manipulative but only when it comes to his food (the people he wants to fight). He doesn't need to lure non-targets into cheap traps or get them alone, if he wants to catch a few bodies he's just gonna do that, regardless of who is or isn't watching. If you think you can run, you're done. Additionally, Hisoka would lose all interest in Kurapika once he learned about his Chain Jail technique. Since Kurapika has strict conditions on his nen, Hisoka not actually being a member of the Troupe would mean that Kurapika couldn't use his full power on Hisoka anyway, which would bore Hisoka incredibly quickly. There's no point in fighting someone who can't fight back at 100%, that's the entire reason Hisoka waited for Gon to refine his nen ability. Hisoka is not out here just wasting his time on scrubs, that's no fun at all.
