The narrccist im living with has totally dropped me....HE had absolutely everything in his life...he wanted us both run a caravan park where his friend has retired through I'll health and I just got sick of his friend changing his mind over 3/4yrs and with Mark being the narrccist there was just no way he would last Basically I didn't want to get kicked off a caravan park and end up homeless And he is so velcro to his new friends down there where the park is.. new supply has Andy says Something has to give In time I will move on and find a proper gentleman who will be there and help me and be a proper couple We will have fun and I will smile and laugh again and I will deserve that I don't deserve this crap and neither did and do You take little steps and try to start liking yourself so you can see there's more to life than these total idiots who drag us down...they don't at the end ❤❤❤❤ Take care Becky 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 XX

It is completely insane behaviour and extremely extremely manipulative. They want the worst for you and they do what they can to bring you down bit by bit and in every possible way. Looking back I'm beginning to understand her bizarre words....it all comes down to her wanting and expecting more and more and to control. She is so so greedy. They certainly don't age gracefully... her mind is muddled, the panic set in and she wanted a way out of the problems her and her flying monkey had. I was there so I was the target....an opportunity...a scapegoat. There is absolutely no doubt she will be manipulating, blaming and abusing her new supply in every possible way as she did me and others. Thank you, Andrew, as always. 😊🙏🪷 🐇..😀😂🤣..🐇

I told my daughter look for traits of the empath, when it comes to friends...just last night I was telling her this. She met a guy in one class, he's bi,boasts about himself all the time,,I saw his photo, he had a mask on, I swear his face is like the mask in the movie V .she told me he's trying to get involved with her,no way,,,she keeps it light...waiting for summer break,then she won't have to see. Him..

After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!!

Life unravelled today when he was finally arrested for breach of the probation order! He did drive a giant wedge between myself and my children. I relocated to an unknown province, and now I’m completely alone here. He took everything I said, and used it all against me every chance he could! He abused me every way there is! When I finally had enough and ended it, the rage fits, the smear campaign started, and even the fear campaign started. At least I’ll get a great night sleep tonight knowing he can’t do anything to me from jail!

Exactly....I experienced all of this and more "You spent all our money"... I got all this when she spent it all but she was blaming me and others for spending it. Such a long term set up. Their behaviour is so so calculated.

My ex fits the bill for most of your videos and just this week, she unraveled and literally lost it. She developed an alcohol problem and has been drinking and driving with kids in the car and had a mental breakdown and abandon my children this week. I filed an emergency order and she has been served. Waited 7 years for the opportunity to save my children from being exposed to this nightmare and the time has come. She alienated 1 child for 3 years from me and he is now my biggest fan and is speaking up for his little brother and sister - couldn't be more proud. I could go on for days of all the narcissist traits and actions but we all here share the same stories - its as if they all read the same book on how to be an absolutely heartless, selfish person who uses children as pawns and every relationship they have is transactional

I went NC almost a decade ago for my narcissistic mother. She was abusive in every way to my dad- physically, emotionally, verbally, financially, etc.- and was very controlling of me as a kid, in a house she never bought herself and had some new source of supply aka stepfather from hell so-called “fix up” my childhood home. Everything was always a construction projection. And now I see via Google Maps that the whole house is repainted- completely unrecognizable from the time I was a toddler with my dad still living at home til the time I moved out in my early twenties. The narcissist/s’ cup could never be satiated. They could never let things just…be the way they are. And what was the common denominator with my narc mother in almost every scenario; alcohol. I used to think her trips to the wine store after she’d pick me up from school, camp, friends’ houses, etc. were all normal and routine like going to the bank or the grocery store but nah these were excessive and forever etched into my memory… yeah, she loved her wine alright… I hate drinking. I don’t partake anymore, not worth all the pain it’s caused. All these years later, the narc has stalked my new addresses trying to hoover me via mail and fluffy cards during bdays and holidays but i ignore and reject them each and every time. Despite all the warning letters from my lawyer to cease communication, she knows no boundaries. Such is the life of growing up with a narcissistic mother.

I went back and looked at your first videos, wanted to say I’m proud of how far you’ve come. Thank you for doing this daily, talking about narcissism daily is miserable but people need to be encouraged. Thank you so much for being with us in our hurt daily.

Grab hold of time. Use it to grow. Before you know it, it’ll be 10 years gone by. Then, one day, you might remember to be curious about their fate. The neighbour narc tried to manipulate the new tenant with her years old smear campaign against me. Fortunately, the new tenant appears to realise the score and lives quietly in the corner like I do. I have no doubt she has been busy smearing me to anyone she can...it covers up her vile abusive behaviour...and of course she has plenty to smear me about as she set up circumstances purposefully for this. I was triangulated multiple times, then gaslighted during the talking stages of a romantic interest. She was always on her other phone texting other guys. Even taking relationship advice about us. Even the Triangulation got worse. That word alone clarified so much for me. She would seek counsel with anyone else but me ( even without any drama ). I think part of it is the reflex to set up appearing as the helpless victim and devaluing my input at all times. So weird. I was living with a distrusting fearful rabbit ( unlike Andrew's Video Guest ).

@@STHHCalebBrewster Yes, I'm out and more than one Narc Rodeo. It all came at the same time when I found this channel. I was shown the "Chart" of which the escalation was inevitable. "Triangulation " extends to subtle tactics, i.e., "I'm going to ask so and so what they think," while ignoring and refusing to take anything you say with a modicum of respect.

I worked with a covert narcissist boss/office manager for 10 years. I knew something wasn't right through the years, but at times I wondered if I was the one causing the problem. As I got closer to retirement, that's when her devaluation started. It was quite obvious to me, and I'm sure others in the office. My last day, the owners treated office help to lunch, and Mrs. Covert commented 4 times she was hoping I would come fill in when someone else was gone. I totally ignored her. I gave her some of her own medicine! I'll never forget the look on her face! I loved it. No contact ever since ! 😂

Quick story for the comments section...my oldest who was alienated at 10 yrs old went from thinking I was awesome to fearing I was going to abduct him and kill him within the 30 days that she took my children "to the store" after church one day and never came back. Fast forward 7 yrs....my son is my biggest fan again after many years of patiently fighting for him. The ex kept lying to the kids and getting caught left and right - she is an alcoholic on top of the narcissism fyi...so she lies to cover up her affairs and her drinking. She lied for a last time and my son snapped and called her out on it...got into a long back and forth about all the things she lies and lied about in the past and she felt like she lost control. Now that she lost the narrative and control over the kids opinion of myself and her, she started literally losing it and said "im going for a bike ride to the city (15 miles away) and am not returning until tomorrow. Dont call me" - totally unhinged and strange, and to top it off was drunk (dinner time) These people NEED control over all their various stories and once you catch on to it, and call them out, they act like a cornered animal. She left our marriage that day bec she got caguht TWICE having an affair and didn't want to be caught anymore. She also made sure everyone knew I was "abusive" to justify why she was cheating and now the kids have her pegged as needlessly lying about almost everything, so she is losing control. Control is quintessential to their entire being...prisons, and washington DC are full of these people lol. Its hard to detail it all out for someone that needs to hear this crap but if I could have 1 man read this to know he isn't alone, and to never give up on your kids, its worth the 10 min to write it down

I had a similar experience where I called out the narc ex wife about being a narcissist because she created an intentional argument which made me upset and then it's like the mask came right off and I saw those dark evil eyes and her teeth showed almost like a monster and then she ghosted me telling me "she's mentally stable" and I didn't see her for 4 days and then i get this long text of word salad and wanting to leave!!! You would think after all i did for her cooking, cleaning, paying the bills, going way above and beyond that she would give back!!! But no, narcissist can't do anything!!! Psychos!!!!

I had some previous experiences with narcissists. So, after I realized that my exNarc needed to go, she broke down a few times and one in particular that I’ll never forget was when she had a complete nervous breakdown as if she was at her wits end in life, I actually was scared for her. She is in her late 60’s. The next day she miraculously was different, depressed but seem to pull herself into a different emotional state. It wasn’t long before her abuse tactics returned and I kicked her out of my house. I don’t know whether this was a narc meltdown or some other psychological snap. But, she bounced back in 36 hours or so. She also sat in my lap crying her eyes out the day she left for good not wanting to leave but I knew it was a ruse. I’ved healed quite a lot since and still remain no contact. I plan on never allowing her to be in my life again and would not allow her to have any access to me ever again as well. Anyway, a long winded story to say I can understand that narcs go through an unraveling, more than once in my case. Thank you Andrew! Keep up your great work!

I feel like you are right here. My ex marc got money from his rich step dad constantly. And once I moved countries he used My credit card right away, puttinf me in a bad place financially. In the beginning i thought i was helping but he started to sell my things, and he wouldn't tell me what he used the money for. Any time I tried to call him out and set boundaries he would throw a tantrum. Anytime he needs to be saved, someone is there for him. It's really sad and they are dangerous people.

The Narc Husband tried to take me down all those years and yes you said it the grass on the other side and their new supply during this 54 yr marriage well it didn’t work for him after all his flying monkeys have passed, his previous 3 wives have passed, our children nor anyone else visits him at Assisted Living (he now has alzheimers) there is only me left who sees to it he has the personal items he needs and I wave goodbye to him and walkout of the facility. He doesn’t understand where “everyone has gone”. Yes he thinks he is still young. His control is gone. Years later, I won.

Glad I found your channel. It took me 2 months to realize I was a victim and was being used for my energy through lies and coercion. After feeling physical darkness and miserable around her I broke free and had to go no contact. She isolated me from family, friends, and tried to move me away with her from the world. Since then I know a narc when I see one and I even had to break a 10 relationship with my best friend b/c he was a narc using me for his dreams. Now I’ve found myself and God has healed my wounds, gave me peace, and my own goals & dreams🙏🏾. Dealing with these people hurt but in the end, when you break free, it’s a blessing in disguise. The evil you experience, God will use it for good.

The alcoholic and weed smoking fireman who abused me and other women had a breakdown. He threatened a lawsuit with word salad. I can’t wait to see him in court and read all the facts in front of the judge. He better get a really good lawyer who is capable of defending a liar and I hope that he won’t drink or does weed before the court date. Just found out that he made up new businesses names that are not even registered with the state. The judge will love it!

Everything you tell is turns out to be true every time. Now we're at the end of our relationship, he's old, I'm older but look much younger than him, and in much better shape. I take care of myself, he doesn't. He's old, just sits around watching "Barbies" as he calls them, on TV. 12 hours a day, watching beautiful women while the world goes on. He's a waste.

Yeah I got away from the narc but it took me over five years. I thought I was doing a good thing by keeping the narc happy but instead I caused a lot of hurt. The falling apart is something to behold! They are empty, so when the walls start to crumble, there is nothing to stop them. They are their own worst enemy, in that they self sabotage to make the destruction worse. Such as, what the father wrote here about his wife, they get drunk and take the terrified kids out for a drive. Wouldn't a DUI charge be so much worse than the initial problem? She got her attention, and can say "look how awful my life is, poor me, save me..." Saving a child is one thing, but an out-of -control adult on a self-destructive rampage is another. I have learned that there is no stopping the downfall. The narcissist IS the perfect victim. I can hear a Cardinal in the background. I have a pair here.....what a treat !

My now ex (after 29 years) has his new supply completely fooled. I can’t tell if he will just be better for her and the man I always wished he had been, or if reality will hit her after the mask comes down after they are married. I feel like he’s going to marry her, and she told our daughter “your dad is a good man.” Not gonna lie… killed me to hear this!! You wonder “was all of those bad years my fault?” “Will he really be better for her and I wasn’t enough for him?” Sooooo many thoughts! But I also know how charming he was when we dated, and even each love bombing phase… total bread crumbs… I got so addicted to him and having his approval and that high when they come back to you after treating you like dirt under his foot for days and weeks. How can he be so different for her?!?! It hurts like hell… but I guess time will tell. Thank you for every video Andrew!! You are a gift!!! God bless you!!

A few months before I was brutally discarded last August, (and I really mean brutally) I heard my narcissistic adopted son talking to himself in his bathroom. I couldn't make out what he was saying, but he sounded very angry. He also punched holes in the bathroom door and in a wall (which I have had fixed/replaced since he left). I am recovering steadily. Your daily videos are a huge help in my recovery, and I believe that of many other people too. I appreciate your insights so much.

24 yrs. of total Narcissm - 2 dogs - multiple cats. Everything, gone now. Thenice cars, big house, the pets all passed away from old age and then I left him. It's been years, thought I was healed but I have now realized NO I am not. Listening to you Andrew, nope NOT healed. Probably never will be. But your talks help a big whole lot. I thought he walked on water then one day he did not! Then I left. Even hid adult children left him after I did. He was going to leave them anyway. He awlays wanted to walk away from them, his truly lovely, lovely intelligent children. All (3) educated, bright and beautiful children, he left them after I left him to live with a woman who was ruthless, evil, and as NASTY as Cancer! He moved in with her then a few yrs. it also ended. Then he went through woman after woman after woman. Awful!

I just got out of one because I recognized the Hoover and discard. It was a breakup like no other one I have not seen anyone one day act like they are completely in love with you and want the best for you then the next act like you are a stranger. I was wondering what was wrong with her for so long because I was naive but then I saw these videos and said if she comes back around and Hoovers then I will have proof. She called after a month of no contact to brag about her life and new supply but also try and plant the seed in my head that we will get back together. I feel like a fool but the healing begins now.

The hardest thing to believe is just how calculating the narcissist is. It’s really hard to give up every last grain of hope. By the way, I think the “grey rock” technique is a mistake because it is a way of managing contact. For a temporary purpose, yes.

It seems the disordered go into relationships to attempt to experience human feelings. We know from narc knowledge that is true. The exuberance of fantastic supply until that monotony becomes unstimulating. So another source can provide the same as well as avoiding that object constancy. On the other hand is playing the fictional victim card or by a greater narcissist. To be able to use that ploy can garner great sympathy and additional supply. Triangulation is a bonus. Chaos fuels the psychopathy. The serial narctriss finds it impossible to ever be loyal to anyone. These are the ones, perhaps still good looking, well to do from a lifetime of occupational exploitation, yet by themselves. By choice and yet not by choice. By affliction. The ones outsiders wonder why that is. Then there's the informed that know why well..

Like a dog, taking one chain link at a time. You don't notice you losing yourself until your collar is linked directly to the post, and they can't take any more. One day, the dog bites back, and then the dog is blamed.

Cheers Andrew! How I became aware i was with a basketcase was with a video of Psycologist Paul Elam, channel "An ear for men" , and was about CONTROL FREAKS and borderlines. My ex check all of the traits and I began quite concerned, i was at the edge, cause it got harder and harder to live with her and no empathy for the lives of our daughter n son, i was doing all!!! I latched to my kids also searching for the bound with their mother but there was any, inexistent(hoping she cared for family love ,to love her sons) ...all of these were futile. Weird conducts were apearing , bad conducts, crimminal, and your brain squeshezz to find some sense and explanation to those --alcohol bottles getting emptied quickly, drugs consumption, sensual exotic lingery , erratic behavior and malignant deeds... All those severing the bonds with all and dissapearing from our family life.
