One of my favorite ingredients is pork tenderloin. This recipe makes it juicy, tender and drenched in butter sauce. This recipe is suitable for a festive table, for friends and family. Pork fillet according to this recipe looks spectacular on any festive table. Cook with love! Cook with pleasure!
Ingredients and preparation:
2 pork fillets (approx. 900 g total weight)
50 g soft butter
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon chili sauce (can be replaced with ketchup or BBQ sauce)
4g salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
5-7 cloves of garlic
foil
Non-stick parchment paper
200g bacon
Sauce:
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1.5 tsp whole grain mustard
Potatoes:
3 potatoes, washed well
paprika
Mushrooms
vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt
Black pepper
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
30 g Parmesan (optional)
This pork fillet is the centerpiece of every holiday table! Juicy and very tender!
