Personally I put down 1.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. It was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. Invested it in a trader here in CA, I get weekly pay out which I invest back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

the initial etfs definitely won't have staking. no worries about that.

I would like an Etherium ETF, late 2024, earlish 2025. I think a delay until then would leave something on the cycle table for a renewed pump or sustained pump in the market. It has also been mentioned that the BTC etf was dealt with via 1933 US legislation, where as, Etherium etf is applied for via 1941 US legislation. 1941 requires additional standards to be met

there might not need to be a lot of amendments because it's largely a copy-and-paste of the bitcoin etf.

Getting the Wall St investors to onboard ETH is nice for NGU but we have been losing the culture war. The Daily Show, TYT, BP, John Oliver--these people can make entire shows about the tech companies owning our data and how the government needs to stop them and the liberals out there love it. They always have some experts who have written an entire book on privacy and laws regarding our data but these experts speak another language. It kinda sounds like they speak "crypto" but they don't. Who da hell knows what they speak! The ETH people need to be there! Where are they if not right there!? So, is it shocking that after their little show Gensler and Warren are the good guys and the crypto bros are ridiculous scammers? (Most people know nothing about computers). I bet a lot of no-coiners will have the "aha moment" if somebody explained to them Zero Knowledge Proofs in simple terms. It's important! "Investors" come and go but the real believers are again left behind!

Please don't approve ETH ETFs until Dec 2024. I still need to add more ETHE.

Hopefully there's no ETH ETF.. it should be BTC only. If ETH were to get approved where do you draw the line.. whats to stop every other layer1 wanting their own ETF. Then there's the whole other issue of centralization with ETH being proof of stake
