The kid with a shotgun at school. I remember this case. He shot through the door and then changed his mind. He put his gun down and turned himself in. The fact that the school never went into lockdown is pathetic! Even when the kid laid the shotgun in the hallway and walked away, no one from the school went and moved it and secured it in a safe place. I’m not condoning anything this kid did, but at least he stopped. He never aimed the gun at anyone and pulled the trigger. He shot through the door and then realized what he was doing and he stopped. In a case like this, this is what we always hope will happened. It did in this case. I think it’s unfortunate that they gave this kid the sentence that they did, because the next time a kid does what he did and wants to stop like this kid did, he won’t, because he’s going to get the same sentence as if he shot up the school. I’m not saying reward this kid. Not at all. But when you give them the same life sentence that you give kids that actually follow through, you’re sending a message to every other kid that thinks about doing this that it’s not worth stopping, that your life is over anyway.

Yep. Obvious mental illness…the hospital put him on medication, but obviously he did not get the care he needed. Blame the absolutely dismal state of mental health care here in the US. Of course he ends up in prison. We have no real place for long term mental healthcare anymore…for criminals or just regular people seeking long term care themselves. I, myself, have schizoaffective disorder (diagnosed at 19) and except for a 6 month stay at a private hospital my parents paid an absolute fortune out of pocket for., I’d get released from psychiatric hospitals far too soon for any treatment to even work properly. This happens for 2 reasons. Insurance dictates how many days they will pay the hospital for, so the hospital basically kicks you out. 2nd there’s more people that need to be hospitalized than there are as a dearth of beds in those hospitals. I’ve lived with this for over 30 years. I’ve never been violent, but I always voluntarily went to the hospital whenever my psychiatrist recommended it and even went in on my own because I wanted help. So did Sky Bouche. I am NOT saying what he did was ok just because he was mentally ill. But he knew he wanted help. We need long term psychiatric care! Both for those that go in voluntarily and for those who are deemed not guilty by reason of mental incapacity. They should not be in prison, but long term locked psych hospitals just don’t exist anymore to house them. And we know from experience that mentally ill people only get worse in prison. They go practically untreated and absolutely the care they may give is completely ineffective since some aimless Dr. they might meet once prescribes medication that is not monitored for effectiveness or for the inmate’s ACTUAL compliance in taking it.

The fact that they have the audacity to act so sassy and rude just because a police officer more than likely just pulled them over for speeding, or if it's not like that it's the people who think they're above the law when they committed an actual genuine felony (for example) literally attempting murder, unattempted murder, battery to a law enforcement or battery in general, and so much more. People like that are the type of people to be so stupid they can't even solve 2 + 2!

The story at 2:12:30 hits close to home. Last March my ex boss was caught filming me at work and stalking me. He was charged with two counts of vouyerism and one count of stalking and the prosecution the case gave him a plea in abeyance for the vouyerism charges and I had to beg for the stalking charge to be pursued so I could have a protective order. She agreed on the stalking charge so I could get a permanent protective order but he was basically let go with the filming because he is a lawyer and has no criminal background. I’ve lost all hope in the justice system knowing that someone could do what he did to me and get away with it. He won’t have to register and the charges will be dismissed after 12 months and a fine. He threatened me if I quit and I also couldn’t charge him for sexual harassment because my state doesn’t allow an employee to charge an employer with sexual harassment if they have less than 15 employees. Hearing the guy in this story being charged and having to register as a sex offender is what my ex employer should’ve had to do because it takes a sick person to commit this specific crime and the man in this video proves this point as he still is a threat after 20 years

The penalties for driving at 100mph: If you're convicted, you can be given six points on your driving licence. Alternatively, you might be banned for up to eight weeks - or possibly more, in serious cases or where this is not your first offence. As a general rule, if you're caught travelling in excess of 45%-50% of the speed limit, you could be given an instant driving ban.

These vile things aren't a representation of addicts, no more than she's a representation of all women

I can’t believe that the politicians took the side of that crazed, foul woman! She was completely out of control, abusive to the officer and had to be on something.

That’s exactly why she is the way she is. Just an entitled, ignorant, selfish, spoilt, abusive woman who doesn’t know what manners are!

I get worried about my baby crying too much because of things like this but I would never leave my son crying for 45 minutes until he fell asleep I’d feel too bad. I have questions for this officer 😂

Also there's a difference between a new baby crying lots, and a child a couple -4 + years old crying constantly and that aggressively/consistently without a break New babies only know how to cry to communicate, and everything is new for them But older infants shouldn't be crying for that prolonged constant duration at that anguished level unless something is seriously seriously wrong

I don’t understand it myself but some people do that ‘sleep training’ thing where they leave their kid to just cry and cry for hours till they fall asleep! It’s cruel I think but some people are dumb and think it works somehow! I think they’re only making their kids lonely! That’s all I can think of what the officer meant! Maybe his neighbours complain about his kid crying itself to sleep every night that’s why he got arsey with the woman who heard the kids crying at night time 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfortunately it's pretty common Either just because they have noone else to babysit, or worse because they use them as a tool for their crimes

That first one was infuriating. All she had to do was talk like a civilized adult and instead she decided to escalate the situation by jumping around shouting acting a fool. He tried so hard to talk to her but her attitude and chip on her shoulder wouldn’t allow her to act right. Smh

Why is the first video "causing shockwaves." That girl is lucky she didn't get face planted or tased. That kind of behavior is ridiculous and out of hand.
