The cops lie and say they smell something ALLLLLLL the time. I got pulled over just last year and the cop told me he could smell alcohol. I haven't had any alcohol at all in almost 8 years, and there has never been any alcohol in my car, ever. And I called him on it.. Straight out told him BULLSHIT !!!! YOU ARE LYING !!!! He didn't like that

It is. There is no sex requirement for a search, but if it's convenient the police will choose the sex the person requests to maintain order. But you have no right to demand any type of cop search you anywhere.
