This all reminds me of a small dashcam clip from about a decade or so ago where a cop was writing a ticket for a girl, and he actually said "I thought you didn't give pretty girls tickets." He asked her to repeat herself, which she did, so he said "You're absolutely right. We don't. Sign here." 🤣

12:55 is a very tough call because i cant see the wall on the right side, but the average alley width can be as narrow as 10 feet wide and can be up to 20 feet wide, if you look on the right side of the car it looks like there must be at least 5 feet to the right edge of the camera view so with that and the fact there looks like there is about 3 feet to the wall on the left side, that would leave 2 feet to the right to make it a 10 foot alley, if that was the case there would be 7 feet to the right, the average car width is 5.8 feet wide leaving 1.2 inches of space, tight but would have been able to squeeze by, cars on a regular bases park that close to each other in crowded parking spots all the time.

Okay. The USA is a very large geographic area, mostly rural, where people have good, old fashioned manners. The current culture is affected by political narratives that class people into victims vs oppressors. 90 percent of us don't agree with that crapola. These are the crackpots on video, not the average American. Unless you go to the bad section of large cities, you'd be perfectly fine because we are friendly, helpful people.
