Very informative post for parents like me... I am recalling those days when we are extremely tensed as my 2 years old daughter was not being able to make sentences.. We were over concerned. She started making sentences late but now she is doing it perfectly by Almighty 's grace.

Mam meri beti 2year ki hai .vo pointing karke batati lekin proper word nahi bol pa rahi .vo hardly 10word bolati hai papa mama didi dada no lekin baki khuch nahi bolati hai Lekin rhymes ke action karti hai

Hello doctor actually my son is now of 2 1/2year old. But he pronouns the words and also he repeats the rhymes if we say. But he is not able to make phrases. And one more thing actually he asks biscuit for give the circle. Because he has toys of shapes. After playing with that toys he started to say biscuit as circle. Before he was telling biscuit itself. Can you tell me about my sons level of growth?

Hi Madam my child is 21 month and earlier he use to say papa but now he is not talking however he use to make noises and point what he wants and also hold our finger and point where he wants to go or what he wants but he is not talking is it we should worry about it please help us maam

Hi mam, my son is 20 months , he understands everything and communicates very well with expressions and actions and ba ba sounds , he says close to 10-15 meaningful words, makes animal sounds, he is very socializing and loves being around ppl ..but when I ask something even if he knows he won't talk back though mouth,he shows actions and expresses very well and also keenly observes and imitates exactly the same way ..is there a speech delay

Reduce screen time if its more than 1hr per day. Create opportunities to talk in his daily routine. Whenever he replies in gestures, ignore him that you are not understanding what he is saying & encourage him to say in words.

Ma'am, mera beta 21+ months ka hai... a1 year tk usne sb kuch developmental milestone k According hi kiya.. phir dhire dhire uske words jo vo bolta tha vo kam hone lge...... I think vo screen time ki vajah se hua... vo 18 months tk aone dada papa mumma ko bulata tha... phir hum shift ho gye and nuclear family ho gyi and screen time badh gya... 3 months mein uska speech kaafi chala gya.. vo pointing bohot achchi krta hai, non verbal communication bohot achche hain but Haan vo bolta kam hai thoda, 7 dinn hue maine uska screen time 0 kr doya hai.. ab vo cat, crow vagairah ko dekh k bulata hai, papa ki picture ko dekh k papa bolta hai kbhi kbhi but hmesha nhi, books apne aap padhne ki koshih krta hai, logo ko bye krta hai.... kya mera beta speech delayed hai ma'am.. muje bohot tension ho rhi..... 😔
