Apple has let loose a few new iPads that can run quicker with better screens but their prices are what really stands out. An iPad Pro plus accessories can cost you as much as a MacBook pro. It’s likely Apple understands that it’s at the point where its more powerful tablets are challenging its basic tier laptops in price terms - so the company has to make sure that the iPads it is selling do a lot. And they do. But we’re still wondering, are they really worth as much as a laptop?

Apple tech is like buying cars. You only buy a 3 or 4 year old product (new or refurbish). Apple's prices are so inflated that only fan boys and rich people can afford them.
iPads should not cost more than $500 .. except for a few genuine cases, most of the people tend to use their laptops more than iPads
You can kit out the iPad pro so it costs $3000 🤣

If you're looking for a device that can handle demanding tasks, multitask with ease, and run specific software, a MacBook is likely a better choice. It has more ports and supports multiple displays.
