Just seeing Day6 this year and watching a couple of their previous show and interview. Seeing Even of Day sometimes feels like seeing a kid without their parents. Usually Sungjin lead the group, such as greetings and closing. I just realized after seeing Even of Day promotes, Jae and Sungjin presence somehow bring calm and order in the group. I forgot who said it, but I think it was Sungjin. He said the maknaes did a great job filling in the void left by the hyungs for MyDays. Especially through "The Demon" they did not promote as a group, Younghyun did amazing with his YBC and Idol Radio, Dowoon and Wonpil did wonderful with their Naver Music Gathering. They try to comfort MyDays through the situation. Nonetheless Younghyun, Wonpil, and Dowoon did an amazing job. MyDays will always stay with you ^^

hello! this is going to be lengthy, hope you don't mind! the reason for the sub-unit is due to the fact that the other members (jae and sungjin) are still resting from mental health issues, and is also to why day6 couldn't promote for their last comeback, zombie. so kangwondo came out with another album as a way to provide comfort for the fans who have been terribly missing day6. and im sure they miss mydays too... ;-; and yes sungjin is "back". ever since their hiatus in may, sungjin steered away from social media as much as possible to focus on recovering and even went back to his hometown for a good 2 months. he finally made an official appearance on vlive for day6's 5th anniversary after 5 months of hiatus. :')

Well the subunit formed in 2020 when Jae and Sungjin were on their hiatus. They debuted in August 2020 and came back in July 2021.

two members (jae & sungjin) were on a break due to anxiety issues since last may 2020, which was why they couldn't promote as band for their comeback. the other 3 members decided to form a unit (even of day) and release another album, more so for the fans as to keep giving us more music and content. day6 will be coming back as a whole this april, however there wont be promotions as sungjin has enlisted. please do give them your utmost support for their upcoming comeback! also welcome to the fandom~ 😊
