This one actually was possible for akali to recall out of if she used it immediately since it took a little more than 8 seconds for her to reach the nexus. she wouldn't take dmg from minions or towers since she would be moving too fast. Only cass w would cancel it but she had just barely enough time to recall before that hit her.
