I haven't been to John's pass in a while even though it's only 15 min away, and I've got to say that it looks great! They had a little seafood festival last wknd with different vendors from the area, and it was packed. The place looks so much better than it did a few yrs ago. I don't see him letting that spot go because it's only about 15 min from his place as well, and he can keep an eye on it while keeping the tourists coming back to spend the much needed mon-ey it takes to keep it looking the way it does.

Having gone through the new car process not long ago I would have loved to have Ben tag along and wring those pesky salesman out for me he’s too good at it 😂

The market must be really dry if even a guy that does 1031 exchanges isn’t buying because everything is unprofitable at this price range. It really showcases the seasonality of real estate. As long as interest rates are low you’re good an you’re making money. Once they’re high you find yourself subsiding your tenants to live in your properties.

Pretty avg. Top sales earn around 200k. Mediocre $100k. Bottom around $50-60k. It's not a easy job.

100k is average for car salesman. The top seller at my Honda dealership makes over 200k and youd jaw drop if I told you what the finance managers make. Theres a reason we accept working 10 hour shifts 6 days a week. They money is too good to pass up.
