I'm so happy that E & N are getting their love story. I've been watching WCTH since season 1, was devastated when Jack passed. When Nathan came to Hope Valley, I always thought he was well suited for Elizabeth. Jack will never be forgotton, but I' m glad Elizabeth gets to experience a great love again. Can't wait to see what this season brings! ♥

When Elizabeth and Nathan came back into the saloon and we saw Lucas I had the exact same reaction that Kevin stated in his interview. My initial gut response was Lucas has just taken away Nathan's thunder. I felt deflated for him. Interesting! 🤔

Someone mentioned that Lucas is now Nathan's boss, in a manner of speaking. I hope he wont use his office to get in the way of N and E. I'd never thought of things from that perspective.

I didn't understand why the Hope Valley residents did not remember that it was Mountie Nathan's birthday after he and Allie had resided there in the small, intimate friend group/ community for several years? Was this the very first birthday celebration they ever gave for Nathan? Surely someone would have inquired at some point throughout the years, especially since his D.O.B. would be on his employment records.

Love the show. Love Nathan and Elizabeth. Lucas crashing Nathan's party stunk but I am trying to stay hopeful for them. Writers need to give us all more hope because I am sick of Nathan struggling with Elizabeth. We are all ready for that kiss and commitment for each other. Get with it WCTH writers!

@@72zazu That´s right. Lucas still owns the saloon. Maybe he was just coming home to Hope Valley and didn´t even know about the party. I feel it would have been in better taste if Nathan´s party had been elsewhere eg. the cafe considering Elizabeth left Lucas to be with Nathan and Lucas had not been invited.

I’m always amazed by Kevin’s hair.

Ive been waiting for Elizabeth to connect with Nathen because I’ve never thought she clicked with Lucas.

It was rather awkward. On the other hand, Lucas still owns the hotel and maybe he didn´t know there was a party for Nathan since he´d just arrived in Hope Valley? Also, I feel Nathan´s birthday party should not have been held at the saloon considering that Elizabeth broke up with Lucas in order to be with Nathan. That was so tactless. Maybe the cafe would have been a better choice? The writing is just awful.

@@janelsara6404 You may be right. So maybe some other venue? It just doesn´t seem the best of ideas for Elizabeth to arrange her new boyfriend´s birthday party in a restaurant that belongs to her ex-fiancé. Besides, it seems Nathan would have preferred a smaller and more private gathering.

Thank you and Hallmark for giving your fans for bringing back good fam❤ily entertainment back….weve seen enough raw muck….alas you cater to a higher audience. This is the only show I watch , you give good acting and causing your spectators thoughts to be challenged….Can hardly wait for Season 12 One more thought I leave with is to make the season a little bit longer!

Interesting that Kevin says that Nathan wants approval from someone that Elizabeth knows that is coming on the show.

There's a bit of weird schizophrenia, here, script-wise. Mounties are Canadian. They've never been in the US. We have never had "Governors" in Canada - or States. So - hmmm . . . We have Provinces - not States. We have provincial PREMIERS - not Governors. We have ONE Governor-General - the Queen's/King's representative for the entire country - lives in the nation's capitol in Ottawa. And Mounties are uniquely CANADIAN. RCMP stands for ROYAL Canadian Mounted Police. The US has never had ANY "force" that could be termed "royal." Where is there a good script editor when you need one ?!?

He needs to stay at the Capital if he is going to be governor but he has always interfered in Nathan and Elizabeth lives.Will he crash the wedding of Nathan and Elizabeth? ❤Nathan and would like to see Elizabeth treat him with the love she has for him and completely let Lucas go. Agree too many commercials. You see very little of the show. Poor writing of this episode.
