I remember when all the shops on old broadway used to rammed on a weekends , sunwin house, rackhams , carters toy shop , wimpy at top of town all gone now 😢

Bradford has been given away,!

Bradford is slowly recovering from the harm that was done in the 60s and 70s. What is now needed is decent jobs. Bradford boomed on wool. When that went, everything went with it.

I lived there from 1965 to 1990 and saw its gradual decline because of the immigration numbers housed in the city. It as a social experiment that sadly went wrong.
