    I mean, if you mess with steroids, oil, very extreme diets or other types of drugs (like the diuretics mentioned), it will most likely always have a lasting effect, although some more than others, ofc. The only thing you can manage is getting away before the "point of no return", which means you can still stop it before having to chop off a limb, going through a major surgery or dying, something like that, but even way before that, you most likely already shortened your lifespan a bit. Anyways, what's important is to remember that you don't need any of that to build neither muscle nor strength, and even tho steroids will definitely help with that, there will be consequences, and hormonal imbalance is a serious issue that many people don't even take into consideration. If you really wanna get big, or strong, or anything, I'd say: 1. Check your diet. That is the most defining part of it all, and it's what actually dictates if you'll get big, small, build a lot of muscle, have a really low body fat percentage... all that. 2. Sleep well. Having a good routine combined with a good diet can, literally, set you up for success before you ever start training, even more so considering that you're still 15. This doesn't lose any value if you're an adult, it's the foundation for a your body, for your mental health, and everything you are. Still, the fact that you are still 15, and specially if you're a guy, takes it to a whole other level, you have yet to hit your physical peak and your hormones are still going crazy, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say you're basically on "natural steroids" right now, so unless your genetics are really working against you, or you have other health issues, as long as you have a good routine with a good diet, you can literally achieve better results without even training yet. 3. Train consistently. You don't need to go too hard, the main part is that you can't improve if you can't keep a routine, so just try to find a sweetspot inbetween something that's not boringly easy, and also not agonizingly hard, that you feel like you could keep for months. Fitness is a whole journey and whether you like it or not, just like diet, it'll always be a part of your life, so there's no need to rush it. Just find something that you can keep first, and then, already knowing you can do it, you can adjust and progress it however you like. 4. Do some research on supplements. Even if you really want that extra help, you still don't need to go after steroids or things like that. Try finding some things that work for you, and that you could fit into your diet and routine, like pre or post workout. Just remember that everything in excess is bad.

    @@SaryM29 thanks for your answer bro :). I wasnt planning on doing steroids or something like that, but you often see footballers getting easy fat, but I think thats only the extreme. I want to do calisthenics which is also pretty good for you later in life, I heard. I train almost every day, but often not max intensity, so for now it works quit well

  • @SaryM29

    @SaryM29

    8 ай бұрын

    @@stb7479Yeah, since calisthenics works with your own bodyweight, you kinda have to get a bit more creative with the exercises, rather than just increasing the amount of weight, so you usually end up developing more mobility and range of motion than you would get being stuck in a machine. About "easy fat" you mean like, that football players get fat easily? If so, it does make sense, because calories are basically physics, it's energy, and muscle mass demands more energy than fat. What happens is that when you are big, you require a bigger supply of energy as well, in other words, you eat more. So, if you eventually retire or just go into an offseason and stop training so heavily, but keep eating the same way you're used to... You can bet on what happens. It just goes to show how important your diet is. The opposite is also true, if you wanna get bigger, you have to eat accordingly. Ofc eating healthier and being physically active are enough for your quality of life, but if you're not eating more callories than before, you'll most likely stay around the same weight, just with better muscle definition and a lower fat percentage. Which is very healthy btw, in case that's what you want. And also, you most likely won't drop to inhuman levels of body fat without "external" help, so don't worry about it, having it low is usually good as long as you don't take it to the extremes.
