That old dude deserves an Academy Award for his acting skills! HE was aggressive, rude and a bully! What I don’t understand is why the 2 bikers didn’t snatch the helmet outta his hand! At that point he was stealing the bikers property. Old dude is lucky he didn’t encounter a more aggressive biker, cuz with his behavior and anger, he coulda got hurt.

He's just much cleverer than most. Be nice and friendly with the police and you get what you want. He got the bikers out and the bikers got a court date and a citation. Win for him.

Also, when he wouldn't let the biker leave, that's holding someone against their will which is false imprisonment. They 2 guys hadn't trespassed yet. Trespassing occurs in two cases: 1. If an officer orders you to leave on behalf of a property owner and you come back a second time and 2. If a property is posted and you know it's private property. Intent is the key word in court. If you do not know it's private and leave when notified, that is not trespassing. The guys were respectful and communicated they would leave. The old guy was lucky, he could have been charged with theft (helmet) and false imprisonment.

Typical bully, who never would have acted like that to me, or many others that looked like he couldn’t get away with it. Ran into a nut over a yr ago. After I forcefully, hands on, explained how he could lose the ear… he called the cops. I told him it wouldn’t work out the way he thought… it didn’t. He got told, “mind your own business, and you won’t have problems” - 2 police officers. They did ask me if I said “I’ll rip your ear off”? I said, “I told him, I COULD rip his ear off”. 😂 “I only hurt his pride after he touch my chest”. 🤔🤪

The second guy with the blue shirt that was keeping them from leaving should be charged with false imprisonment. A charge slightly less serious than kidnapping. He has zero authority to detain anyone or restrict their movement. Why do these karens get so upset because someones trespassing, but dont want to let them leave?! As a biker myself I feel alot of these close calls are because of the bikers bad riding over taking vehicle like you can't wait one second

I really think the young men were VERY Respectful, They didn’t run or offer to harm him. Even after all the horrible things and attitude he had. My hats off to the young men.

I doubt you'd be that patient if someone illegally entered your property. After a while it gets old telling people shit they likely know or should. Respect other people's property and these types of situations wouldn't happen. He also had a legal right to detain them as the property owner who caught some dudes breaking and entering. It wasnt easy to get up in there and you know damn well they saw the signs. A judge doesn't dismiss charges either, the prosecutor's office does that, so unlikely. This channel operator has a huge bias to favor the bikers even when they are blatantly wrong. Wouldn't be surprised if that bit about being dismissed was fabricated when they were clearly in the wrong being there. Psh
