I once saved a young sparrow that had fallen from its nest, I took it home got a shoe box filled with shredded news paper and feed the sparrow dog food and gave water every day, I kept the sparrow for two weeks seeing it get stronger and healthier until the sparrow started to fly it would fly and sit on the sofa and onto my hand. I decided it was time to release the sparrow I opened my back doors a letter the sparrow fly away. I was so happy to see this and the bird sparrow would come and fly in the house every day. Then winter came and the sparrow was gone. Spring the next year I opened my back doors and in flew the Sparrow and perched its self on the sofa, I was amazed (pip) the sparrow had returned to say hello, Gods creatures are amazing the trust and bond between us was amazing. Lovely to have a relationship with Gods creatures.

That is so wonderful to hear! Did you know that the majority of sparrows that are captured, usually die in captivity? My mother used to tell me , that they do not like to be caged or housed. Thank you for sharing your uplifting story!

I’ve wondered about that. It’s strange that so many animals, even animals that have never been domesticated, can bond with humans and learn to crave human touch. It’s almost like they have a receptor for it that is just waiting to be activated.

I LOVE animals because they have no guile, no agenda, and perfect love in their hearts, and to me they become like my own child, where I can love and live with them until time brings an end to their life. the separation is so hard to bear, but I would never trade any of the experiences I had with them, they are precious to me. It is so heart warming to see an animal show its love to their Human companion. They are such sweet souls, and innocent. There cannot be any more perfect love from that of an innocent child or an animal in our care. They have so much to offer and I miss being able to cuddle with my fur baby. They bring joy to us, and help improve our health. There is something wrong about people that hate or do not like animals that it causes me to not want to have anything to do with them. people who do not like animals, for any reason other than for severe allergies, of course, are the kind of people who have no love in their heart, or only have love for themselves.

I love it when animals that are typically scared or wary of humans just walk right up to us to be friends. The most astounding one I saw was a fish and a scuba diver. Fish just don't seem capable of making bonds with more intelligent species, or even capable of recognizing one diver from any other diver.

Animals & birds give unconditional love. It's rare among humans, so a beautiful gift when shared. I loved how the turkey closed its eyes - a truly heart-given hug! ❤

Read the book of Genesis in the Bible and you will find out why. Most Christian’s and Jews know. I will just say this God made everything perfect and good . In the beginning their was no sin meaning , evil , death , sickness or sadness, deceit or jealousy etc… However, Adam and Eve sinned against the Creator who is God Almighty and ate from the tree of Knowledge of Good and evil because they listened to the devil instead of God. They determined right from wrong apart from God who is perfect and Holy . This brought sin into the world. Everything including animals who once had no fear of man became prey not only to us but to themselves . Plants didn’t always die nor did rose bushes have thorns before the fall of Adam and EVe. There is so much more to this and God came to redeem the world back to himself . It was through Jesus Christ . If you want to learn more read the new Testement Gospels like John or Matthew. One day Jesus is coming back to make all things new where there is no more sin like pain or death . He is waiting for all people to repent of their sin in trust in Him alone for salvation and to have eternal life with Him in Heaven. Because of man’s evil hearts many reject God and not want to live for Him. He gave us our very lives . He loves us all so much more than we know but sin can’t be in heaven . Jesus died on the cross for us sinners . It was the most horrific death ever . He took on all our sin and shame . He rose from the dead in three days over 2000 years ago. It paid for sins in his blood so that those that would believe in Him as their savior and Lord would become children of God instead of remaining children of wrath. All people die physically because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, Roman’s 3:23. Salvation is a free gift from God but it’s up to us to humble ourselves and respond .

All of these animals were given love, so they to give love. What is love? Empathy, respect and compassion all rolled up together. An intuitive recognition of a total lack of fear. A bond: You are me and I am you. An understanding that all life, even when horrible, or sad is interconnected.

With how complex we humans are, it's often really difficult if someone's kindness is really as sincere as they show it... sometimes even for the person being kind themselves.
