My shubunkin goldfish used to love it when I'd put ny finger 8n the water... he'd come over and rub himself against my finger and get love. He was a hig fish... survived for 7 years ... I cried when he passed. He was a fabulous fish.. full of personality... his name was fluffy. (Genuinely)

Same. But the fun part is that this fish so reminds me of one of my long gone cats. I could really send him tumbling through the room (we had a special routine worked out for this) and he would come scrambling back for more and more. Weirdest cat I've never known. Thought he was a human and kept talking away at you all the time. Big boy he was, too... Sigh... 😕

I saw another video of a man at a bar in shallow water, and a very large fish kept swimming up to him and rubbing against his legs for the man to pet him. It acted like a dog would, and made me wonder how much more of a personal connection people could have with fish if we lived in the same habitat.

"All living beings respond to love" is a beautiful statement of truth. 😊

@@AriaIsaraIf you have 1 maybe. Any more than that, you got a problem. Unless you wanna run around every day all day trying to scoop their slimy sticky business up at all times of the day. Nights off 'til mornin and then it's double duty. You can never go anywhere especially outta town or over night bcz the chicken has to be fed twice a day. We always had to stop having fun and get home and get to it. They literally crap on EVERYTHING and it's one of the stinkiest slimiest and hardest to clean up & get out of shoes and clothes. Especially tennis shoes with grooves and designs on the bottom of them, sneakers too. It's like having pegions as pets only it's larger piles. If you step in any, no matter how much you dig it out of your shoe and try to scrub and wash it, and no matter what even bleach won't get rid of the smell. It has to wear off. As soon as anyone gets near you they'll say, something stinks! Did someone step in dog crap? At that point you look at your shoes just like everyone else. So it doesn't seem so obvious that it's you because it's very embarrassing. Especially if you're a tween or teenager. I'd rather muck horse stalls than clean up after ONE CHICKEN! They can get mites sometimes even lice. Not the same as human lice, Luckily none of ours got them. Bathe their bodies, toes and scrub that messy feathery butt. Which is nearly impossible to get the staining out. I'm sure by now you're gettin it. They also have to have their wings clipped but only on one side or they'll fly over your fence. If it's free eggs you're hoping for, don't come to breakfast with a big appetite. If you've only got 1 hen you only get 1 egg per day. IF you made it through everything I typed you just might be able to stick with it. It's lots of work, noisy as all get out & STINKS to high heaven. Plumb nasty. Do yourself a huge favor and do a lots of research. If your sure you want to, best of luck to ya! Honestly! YOU might like chickens. To me the only good chicken is. Well I think you got it. And that's just the beginning 🤠🤣🤣🤣🤣🐔🍮🍠🥚🍳🐓🐣🐔🍵🥚🍳🐓🐥keep some of these around🥞🥓🥐👢👖👚🤢

No, there is no such thing as love, ONLY mutual benefit. Love is an illusionary emotion. The true components that create the love illusion are expectations and safety. THAT is what "love" is. Love itself is NOT a real thing and never has been. It is just more advantageous for two animals to get along without k*lling one another and benefits both more if they help protect each other and can extort resources from one another if needed. Therefore, the concept of love works ONLY because living things are inherently selfish.

Lots of them have a vested interest in saying that. Maybe they work for a ranch or a factory farm, or abuse their companion animals. Maybe they want to justify eating body parts. It’s pure propaganda, to go along with their marketing, such as “humane slaughter”. The goal is to get people to excuse their own selfish desires to consume horribly abused animals, so they’ll also ignore the vicious, pathologically cruel treatment of animals by the industrialized animal abuse industries. No person can experience true inner peace when they participate in that terrible animal abuse by eating and wearing the body parts of animals.

@@crashpal Plants react to stimuli, but they do not have central nervous systems like animals do, including human animals. We KNOW how all animals (fish, birds, reptiles, mammals, and all the rest) suffer and feel fear, just as you would if you knew you were about to be slaughtered. Your argument is apples and oranges. You should look more into the study in frequency's. Ancient mians used it for religious purpose but now physicists are discovering that frequency could have a connection to string theory..... long story short if your not up to speed, love is a word we use to describe an action/event/feeling/reaction in our body that obviously makes people feel "good" so with that being said. String theory is somthing that holds the universe together and any physical or non physical thing in theory, is just a "strand of the strings" that hold are universe in the perspective we perceive so love can be an action in the universe that could literally just make things so much stronger in ways people will never take the time to understand or wonder

There was an old man who died on my block when I was a kid. No one knew he died and it was weeks before anyone figured it out. His dog, who was always so playful and loyal and loving, ate most of his body.

This made me cry. So beautiful.

I don’t know about bugs when you live on the Gulf Coast. My motto is “don’t start no mess, there won’t be no mess!” I never hurt any unnecessarily, but when they come after me (like ants, mosquitoes, sand flies) - it’s on 🤨! 😉

@@TheMagentaFly Haha! 😅 Oh, my gosh. I was just thinking about how bees will sometimes come into my apartment and I will do everything in my power to make sure they're not harmed. The last time one came in, he was walking on the ceiling and wouldn't come down. When he finally did come down I realized he couldn't fly. I spent several minutes trying to nurture him, outside on the patio 😅 I gave him water but when he wasn't interested and I knew there weren't any flowers around, I gave him honey. Perked him right up. He ate a bunch and gathered the strength to fly away. I was so happy. And I'm trying to instill that kind of love, care and empathy in my kid, by example. So that was nice. As opposed to one time when a bee got into something and when I found it, it was dying. I tried so hard to help it. When it finally just came to the point where I knew the best thing would be to put it out of its misery. I cried and cried. Because I do want to help save them. People are unnecessarily scared of them. So when I see people swiping at them or freaking out about them, I tell them just leave them alone. They really will just get close to check you out but they won't sting unless they feel they're in danger. I only wish I could do more 😕

All animals need and deserve love!❤

I'm so happy to see kind people who love animals we could learn a lot from our fur babies

We have a chicken at home named Henrietta. There is not a day that goes by where she is sitting on our lap. Though unfortunately, while outside with her one day, she got attacked by a raccoon, we took her to the vet, 3 days later, died from injuries…we loved our baby girl so much, we miss her every day. We know she is in a better place now though. Rest in Peace, Henrietta…
