Bro if you are good in studies and coming to Germany for only studies then mechatronics is best for you rather than this if you come to Germany for studies as well as for earn money then I advise you to choose simple courses like project management renewable energy or sustainable energy . because it's too easy for complete this course if you belongs to mechanical and electronic department

Wsalam. Thank you so much for appreciating my work! Yes you can work online. Taking up a self-employed activity, while studying in Germany is also possible under the Residence Act (§ 21 (6) Aufenthaltsgesetz). However, the foreigners’ authority (“Ausländerbehörde”) must authorize the self-employed activity separately. The work must not hinder the your study. It should therefore be within the time limits for a dependent employment (this means 120 full or 240 half days). If you want to start a full-time self-employed activity, you will hardly get an approval. So if you are working more than 120 days then its better to have your money desposit in Pakistan
