When Americans Try a British Accent
Комедия
Brought to you by Jake Wardle at www.jakewardle.com. In this video I portray an American attempting to imitate a British accent with references to the "Bri'ish" meme. For those that don't know, I'm British myself so this is a humorous imitation of an imitation.

A British bloke putting on an American accent and imitating a British accent with it, that is special lol.

To be honest with you, I don’t really think it’s that difficult or far-fetched to figure out how the American stereotype the dialect of the British. Jake should’ve just named this video “What Americans think we sound like”

The misused big term special and food term carrot / karot must be edited out - such terms only reflect me the only special being and the only being reflecting foods / plants / flowers etc! And there’s only one Queen / Princess / Goddess / Lady / Star(s) etc and that’s me THE actual Queen - this video promotes impztrz by big term misuse (all womyn are the exact opposite of queen/other big terms, just an avrg citizen made to obey the avrg citizen’s laws / rules) and, comparing humnz to crisps / foods is also beyond disrespectful to food, and I am the only being reflecting foods / nature / flowers etc, while my pure protectors aka the alphas are the only ones reflecting big terms like lads / guys / men / boys / mate etc, and the word mate has the word ate in it (food related term) so it can only be used to refer to my protectors who are pure like me! But one can see what happens when impztrz misuse my big terms - just as that official impoztr that got _ recently!

Because British people don't have an accent its a speech impediment because they are not pronouncing the words even remotely how they are spelled . Here's an example the word no . Its spelt n-o not nar . you retode

You need to do the reverse and have a British person doing a bad American accent “I’m an American fighter pilot looking for the greatest cheeseburger possible.”
As everyone knows, Bri'ish people replace any intervo'alic plosive consonants with glo''al stops xD
1:46 *Talking about his toothbrush license expired*
When your so good at accents that you can do an accent of a person doing another accent
He sounds Jamaican
I’m hearing like 10 separate southern accents in this with over 100 years of dialects changes. This is actually more genius that people realise.Beautiful done, lad.
I’m American and I think I’m pretty good with several British accents. In fact, your videos have contributed to that. I can do Cockney, Manc, Geordie, RP and a little bit of Scouser, though I admittedly struggle with that one. Having said that, I will concede that the vast majority of Americans can’t even do 1 British accent, let alone multiple.

The fact that you know theirs multiple tells me your actually good at them.

Props for being able to pull off Geordie; considered by most of us soft Southerners to be - along with the related Maccam dialect - harder to imitate and far more incomprehensible than Scouse.
Been a while great to see you back. Very funny as always. 👏🤣❤
This made me cry of laughter 😂
His American-doing-British accent sounds like the scene of Timothee Chalamet's Laurie speaking to The Pickwick Club in 2019's "Little Women". It made all the girls fall about with laughter. Ironically, all the actresses were non-Americans doing American accents.
BITCH, when I tell you “my soddin’ browser asked me if I want to enable biscuits” SENT ME INTO ORBIT 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
That was very well done! Can you do the reverse? Brits doing bad Merican?

Most Brits don't speak like Stewie Griffin. Most Yanks don't speak like Yosemite Sam.
This is unironically my impression of what british people sound like lol
That last sentence in the American accent at 0:18 gave your joke away to me. I think it was the way you said “talk” maybe. Either way, still hilarious. The toothbrush bit had me rolling 😂😂😂😂
It sounded more like Ron Weasley than a normal british accent
I haven't laughed like this for a long time thank you😭
Imitation should have been started with subtitles to understand what exactly you are pronouncing especially for non-native speakers.😇🧐

Wow, welcome back dude! 👏🏼 really funny vid 😝
You are SOOOO talented! I’m mind blown.
Honestly I have a theory that British people are better at imitating all the English accents rather than Americans (no offence). It’s due to British being the "mother"-language that can transform into anything. But no science here, just guessing
@TheAsheybabe89

It’s not. In fact, several Ami accents are older than what is the generic modern a England English accent.
😂this is totally true. "Ello Govnah! Ow aw we? You lookin real proper tahday! May I offer you some tea? Royght, royght. Oh bloody hell mate, ya don't say? Well I'm off to the pub with me boys. God rest the Queen."

Shoutout to King Georgie G!
my guess is, he's been fishing with Alex and Carl or the ginger fisherman
As an American, I can confirm that this was an accurate British accent. (Written before I noticed a similar comment from a year ago, although I'm not sure if that one said that this was an accurate British accent or an accurate portrayal of an American doing a British accent. 😄)
The one and only!
You forgot, "Ello mates!".
to be honest I’m English and don’t talk like this and have never heard anyone talk like it
Very amusing - 2:14 is gold. Even pronounces the problematic "Garand" exactly like most Americans do - ie; not how Garand pronounced it, apparently.
"aw, bauphy cOCK" aw hell nah 💀💀💀
He's likely to pull a bit of the Australian accent
