Brothers and sisters wallahi this is so true. In the last couple of months I've been trying hard to come closer to Allah. And wallahi, it's been one of the most worthy experiences in my life. I feel so calm, and if something happens to me, I always remind myself that it's by Allah's will, and I don't own myself. We all are made by Allah to return back to Allah. Wallahi it's such a strong -and beautiful reminder. May Allah help all of the muslims around the world, ameen. Now I hate music so much and everytime I hear backbiting I just wanna throw up. I can't believe I used to listen music every single day and be one of those backbiters, wallahi Islam is beautiful. Alhamdullilah for my change and Inshallah Allah guides all of us.

A few days ago I gave up on praying because of how I forgot the tashahood and I kept thinking that I didn't feel like praying because I was lazy but it turned out because of how i forgot the tashahood. Until my mom found a book where it has everything I had to say in the tashahood and after that I started praying again and every time I hear the adhan now i run make wudooh and pray and now I feel closer to God. However I am battling music because I'm still addicted to it but I am making dua that I stop listening to music one day. Please don't judge me I'm still 13 by the way. I still believe god guided me back.

Ramadan can help you fight music. Trust me, if you stop listening music for a week, you will not want to listen to it anymore. Infact, you won't even think about it. I stopped my addiction to all kinds of movies and stuff just by fasting one month. But you have to make sure you replace something with that.

@@ahmirzzz8881 May Allah make it easy for you to give it up. Ramadan is nearing and InshAllah it would be the best time for you to stop listening to music. I believe you should limit the usage of apps which contain music and focus on your deen. Replace music with the Quran, whenever you feel like singing recite the Quran, fight Shaytan. I believe you can overcome this, but you need to make intentions to stop and make dua so Allah can make it easier for you.

I used to listen to such videos and think that one day I'll relate to this, and Subhan Allah! Today I can relate 💖 I started with trying to offer 5 prayers, and now Alhamdulillah I don't miss a prayer❤️❤️ And slowly I started losing interest in music, and now I don't have a single song in my mobile, then I developed interest in Quran and now I recite Quran daily. Allah guides whom ever he chooses 💖💖

You should not say "slave" Allah does not say it in Quran He says (worshipers) or (servants) of Allah which means in Arabic ( عباد الله وليس عبيد الله ربنا يريد عباد يحبونه ويحبهم وليس عبيد مغصوبين على العبادة ) Allah wants worshipers and servants that love him and He loves them back....May Allah guid you and bless you brothers🌹

Cute Cat وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته.. yes thats in Arabic it is possible but he is speaking english and in that language there is no phrase that can combine between"servant and slave "because slave in english has only one meaning which is slave, it is only possible in Arabic and we Arabs understand what the speaker means but the non Arabic people may get the wrong Idea thats why i mentioned it.

it happened to me that I started hating music , found pleasure in Quran , but now , I again started listening to them and the more I try to get away from this and other sins , the more pleasure I find in it . now Allah doesn't seem to respond to my prayers and dua's and I try to ask for forgiveness but I dhunno why I feel like I just lost it ! I can't be forgiven . like I am the worse sinner on the whole planet ..

Assalamu A'laikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu dear brother in Islam I honestly don't know if this will help you, but I urge you to NEVER lose hope in the power of dua'. I know I didn't Alhumdulillah. One solution that worked for me was offering my daily 5 prayers religiously(it will definitely help) and listening to as many motivational Islamic videos I could(Mind you there are many misleading ones so beware) As an urdu native speaker, I listen to big scholars like Peer Zulfikar Naqshbandi Damat Barakatuhum, Tariq Jameel DB, Feroz Memon db, Maulana Yunus Palanpuri db and others. Please do not think your duas are not getting accepted. There might be a reason and Allah SWT is giving you a hint that He is not liking what you are currently doing. He wants you to be rightly guided and repent for your sins. so repent you should! Allah SWT will forgive your sins even if they are like the foam of the sea. May Allah SWT guide you and May He grant you success in this world and in the hereafter Ameen Ya Rab. Peace :)

You need to have patience and trust in Allah(SWT). Dont lose hope and dont despair Allah's mercy. No sin is greater than Allah's mercy. Indeed He is the Most Merciful. Allah says in the Qur'an: Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful." Surah Az-Zumar [39:53]
