I can't find slivers at all! I've looked in my collected and uncollected 🤷‍♂️ it's like they don't exist for me in mtg arena. HELP PLEASE 🙏

U have to check out magic history of older slivers the cream of the crop slivers . Check out sliver queen . I hope they bring her to arena one day . Since u love mommy cards u would love sliver queen . Cost 5 . Blue ,red, white , green , black . 7-7 pay 2 colorless create 1/1 sliver token . Ahhh the good old days ..

The absolute required slivers are Striking, Manaweft, Cloudshredder, Sentinel, Bonescythe, Cleaving/Predatory, First sliver, and that black one that deals 1 damage for each time you attack. Once you have 2 of the black one and you swing with like 5 creatures it's game. The only thing I'd change because it works perfectly for me is to remove Predatory Sliver and add the black one that does one damage everytime you attack. I also only run 3 of both legendary slivers so I can have diffusion sliver

They have to fill in the rest of the sliver roster, I would like to recreate my irl sliver deck. And also I'd like to have the more snake shaped slivers rather than the humanoid ones.

I like to splash a couple random slivers in there in place of multiple copies the first strike one since you will always hit that one with Cascade, like the sliver that gives everything unearth or the one that makes attacking drain life (for people with 9 lives combos) and so on. Also collected company works wonders on slivers, you can even hit it with the first sliver. Also don't forget you can play that elk companion that gives you 5 mana in this deck!

The oldschool Slivers were my all-time favorite tribal decks! Sliver Queen for the win!!

People definitely play these fairly regularly. I've never lost to them with my favorite deck in historic, though I'm sure that there's more than a little luck in there. Every deck has its bad days. Oddly my favorite deck is another equally mindless one. I actually swear I played this exact deck today.

I barely ever run play sets like this. I play slivers in modern, pioneer and historic, paper and arena. I’ve never run. Manaweft, cloudshredder, predatory and first sliver are musts, Realmwalker also adds value. As for lands though, unclaimed territory, secluded courtyard and ancient ziggurat, then basics, add some exile cards to the deck for protection and your set. Run 1-2 of any other sliver you want and it’ll run fine

Secluded Courtyards are also an option for lands. No need for rare Slither Hives.

I have this exact same deck and it has lost multiple times consecutively in ranked to people with enchantments. this deck needs enchantment destroyers and battlefield wipes

@@funforall9741 i mean sure when built around the +1/+1 spam it isnt to bad but the Tyranids are THE ULTAMITE hive mind.. i mean it is stated in their lore that as you are shooting the first waves down the next ones are more and more resistant to that type of weaponry till you get to a point were you need anti-tank rounds to deal with soething that a couple hours ago could be taken out with a sharp stick.

We need more sliver lords.

When I created my account, I specifically used all the promo code packs to create all my Slivers out of wild cards. I had enough of every rarity wild card to make the enite 5 color sliver deck and I immediately ran off into mythic. Slivers are for when the season restarts and I want to immediately get from bronze to mythic in 2 hours. I literally swear I have not lost a match with my sliver deck since early December

People don't like the slivers, because they are obnoxious. There is no way to shut down their abilities. If there was a curse or poison effect, you could copy to the entire stack, it would be worthwhile. Balancing has always been an issue for Indie development company Wizards.

There used to be a black sliver called Plague Sliver that gave all Slivers, opponent's included, "At the beginning of your upkeep, this permanent deals 1 damage to you." It had decent stats too, so it was basically another Juzam Djinn that happened to also serve as anti-Sliver tech. That said, are they really all that much more "obnoxious" than any other historic deck? Worse than the goblins that drop Muxus turn 3? Worse than the elves who have an army of 10/10s by turn 3? I don't really see how. Kill the Manaweft on time and all you have left is a slow tribe of overcosted creatures that gets either outaggro'd hard or controlled into oblivion.

@@walgekaaren1783 I guess that's true, but at that point I think you're starting to delve more into issues with Magic as a game in general and Arena in particular. Overall, compared to the hardest hitters of Historic, slivers are not even an S-tier deck. In a format like Commander, though, I understand how oppressive they can get. It's way too easy for them to completely shut down interaction with their board through cards like Crystalline Sliver and win out of absolutely nowhere with something like a Shadow Sliver.

A loose loose option is Dormant sliver. Gives all slivers defender and everytime a sliver enters the battlefield you draw a card (I am a sliver player and I know) it’s loose loose because they build a larger army by drawing and but it’s a loose for them because they can’t attack but if they got something like necrotic sliver they could sacrifice it and go all out. Take sliver advice from a sliver player

You know he built it right because its just slivers and lands. Tired of always seeing people trying to add instants and sorc. Before modern horizons even came out i had a modern sliver deck that was 40 slivers and 20 lands. All 20 lands made any color mana i needed. And the deck won turn 3-4 on average. All while those nom pure skiver decks where constantly losing or taking forever to win

gotta calm down all the random GY checkin, between ur videos needing flash warnings due to the crackhead energy of opening and closing every single thing u can see on screen ur also giving visual ques to ur opponent since any enhanced viewing is highlighted to ur opponent. half the streamers seem to neglect this very obvious fact while losing. it also doesnt make for good content, its visually disorientating and gives no time to see wtf is going on while listening to the commentary
