Thank you so much for picking the Endometriosis research center Logan. I have suffered with Endo my whole life and not only is it an extremely painful disease its a very debilitating one. On behalf of me and all the endo warriors we thank you :-).

Me too. It’s crippling at times. I’ve been on a low dose iud it was horrible at first but I think it’s finally calming down some symptoms. I also did the shot that takes away your period for 6 months. That gave me horrible migraines, my new doctor said I could’ve had something worse when you have migraines on hormones it’s a sign something worse may happen 😢. Hoping for a partial hysterectomy sometime

Thank you so much for donating to Endometriosis research! You don’t hear about it often and we need more research and awareness! ❤ It took me many years to finally be diagnosed with it and many years getting told by doctors that it’s just pms and there’s no way that I could have Endo. Hopefully with more awareness, more people can get a better sense of the disease and gain more insight on how to treat it!

YES! It's a disease that strikes 1 in 9 women and yet only maybe 200 doctors around the world have any sense of what it is or how to treat it. A lot of doctors believe inaccurate things about it, and offer either no treatment or treatment that is worse than nothing. It's unbelievable how bad things are.

⚖️ his dry mouth was absolutely killing me! I was watching the trial live for around 3weeks. I knew he was toast when I saw him nodding yes and saying no. He definitely had so many red flags. I know he's a narcissist. I think it's crazy how they think they can trick people. My mom is an addict and a narcissist. I can spot a liar and narcissist a mile away. I know everyone hates Buster. P.S. does anyone know where we are moving to? We are CLEARLY all still squatting in SC.
I have stage 5 endometriosis, suspected Adenomyosis, and PCOS. I’ve had 7 laparoscopies to remove growths and adhesions but it rarely helps past like 6 months. I am finally getting a hysterectomy this year at 28 yrs old because I can’t live like this anymore. To say it has severely changed the course of my life would be an understatement. I started having symptoms when I started my cycle at 9 years old but couldn’t get a single doctor to take me seriously until I turned 20 and found my OBGYN I’ve been with since then. Sadly, the closest actual specialist to me is out of state (8 hours away) so my insurance can’t cover treatment by then. SO MANY DOCTORS STILL BLAME US. They say it’s all in our head or that it’s just “normal.” EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND BLEEDING FOR MONTHS, especially at a rate of a pad an hour or more, IS NOT NORMAL! Thank God I found an OB who finally listened to me but many still haven’t. THANK YOU, Observe, because you have no idea how IMPORTANT Endo research is. THANK YOU!!!!!

He was impossible to believe from the first moments. I know folks can't convict on vibes, so we're all grateful for the blessed kennel video.
I love that you kept in the blooper of trying to remember a word lol. Love the new shirt, have always been a fan of the suit over floral shirts. Love that endo won for the charity, my great aunt had endo that kept her from having her own children, and she became my grandmother instead. Also appreciate you seeing and pointing out the things I felt I saw while watching the trial live. The jury also saw it, and one said when he was "crying", there were no tears, just "blowing snot".
One thing I've noticed is he so often goes from "crying" to coldly side eyeing whoever is questioning him, looking for their reaction. I'd love to see you do an analysis of Buster and I have been meaning to watch his testimony again myself because, boy, that kid seems stone cold emotionless but I sense some fear in him in brief moments. Also curious as to what you thought about his brother John Marvin, he's maybe the most fascinating because he does often appear quite innocent and authentic but sadly it's just so hard to trust any of them. ⚖
@shannap.lawnerd125

Accurate speculation, ma’am… John Marvin was helping sell off assets before the receivers could find everything. There were judgements coming from the multiple lawsuits filed by victims of both the boat crash case and AM’s years of fraud/theft… They were getting rid of everything they could, so only the highly visible assets (property, known accounts, etc) would be subject to seizure.

And remember, the first clip is his own lawyer, the defence, doing direct. It's performative shock asking these graphic questions straight up, and Alex just comes across performatively answer no to his own council. No wonder the jury instantly thought he was guilty when he testified

Nodding his head yes is part of his baseline, he nodded throughout his whole testimony no matter the topic. The nodding is so constant it almost looks like Parkinson's. You can't pick it out when it suits your case of desynchronization and ignore it the rest of the time.
Stoked. Been waiting for your analysis. Ty as always and the jury got it right!
Thank you so much for doing this! The LawNerds are here for it!
I wasn’t sure the jury was going to come back with a guilty verdict, but after listening to several of interviews of jurors they had the same impression of Alex and the case that I did. He lied and lied and lied some more. That’s not the behavior of an innocent man. If your wife and child were just brutally murdered you would think you would want to provide the police with as much help, truthful information as possible to assist them with finding the murderer. But he was covering his own ass. ⚖️

I knew it after his fake suicide attempt. He at first was trying to make it look like his whole family was under attack after the boat crash to divert attention from himself. It was discovered quickly Alex had set it up himself so he changed it to say it was a suicide attempt. Lies upon lies.
⚖️ So glad you’re deep diving this!! 6 weeks worth of trial and this is what sunk him for me. Theres a big desynchronization when the Prosecutor asks if he hurt Maggie and Paul and he shakes his head yes while saying “I would never INTENTIONALLY hurt my wife and son” 🤦🏻♀️ got it. Thanks Logan!

⚖️ He testified and removed any doubt of his guilt. Him testifying sealed the deal for the prosecution.
When he lies he nods his head but when he tells the truth, his head is very still.
⚖️ It was when he went from being really emotional and choking up, to having no emotion a second later that raises red flags for me 🚩
⚖️ Logan, I am absolutely loving the new changes and I’m super excited to see what else you have in store for us. ⚖ The verbal pattern of "No, I did not" seemed weird to me at first but he extended affirmative answers as well (ex. "I did lie to them"), so could that be interpreted as his typical sentence structure for answering important questions? Similarly, his nodding throughout negative and affirmative answers seemed overt to me, as if he was confirming his own answers (or at least trying to), so I was somewhat surprised to see you interpret it as a desynchronized micro-expression for negative responses. How do you determine where the line is between micro and intentional nodding?
This case is so horrible to watch unfold, but you are covering it with grace and expertise ⚖
Love the new intro! ⚖️ would love to see more around this case.
Fascinating as always. I watched the whole trial and I'm thoroughly enjoying your take on his testiminy
⚖️ I truly believe him taking the stand was the most powerful asset to the prosecution even though he was a witness in his own defense...even through cameras many of us were able to pick things up from him, could you imagine being on that jury and him staring at you at certain points?
Whenever he is able to display emotions, he turns his face towards the jury and just looks at the prosecutor out of the corner of his eyes. When he gets angry he fully turns toward the prosecutor and away from the jury. Seems like a display for the jury rather than natural behaviour.
⚖️ thank you for this video! Definitely would love more videos on this trial
⚖️ Great video as always!! I'm so glad you're covering this trial
I will say, I think the nod is just something he does. If you watch his behavior even when he wasn't on the stand he is constantly doing that nod, during everything, even with stuff he clearly doesn't agree with.....just odd. That seems to be a part of his baseline oddly enough.
⚖This was fascinating. I'm not surprised the jury found him guilty, I was just shocked it took only 3 hours. Of which, I'm sure, half that time was spent filling out the forms. Thanks, Logan. Love your channel!
Your analysis is always clear and concise. YES please do other observations of the trial. Thank you so much.
