I was so scared for the little one who was running and jumping with the lollipop in her mouth. Aside this, the video was so cute. I was really surprised how much Jua can interact, hugs, answers and everything instantly with people she doesn't even know wow. As they are still very young themselves and South Korea has the lowest birth rate in the world it is very well possible that they haven't seen young children very often.

They have a big problem with birth rates in Korea and Japan. I read that in the year 2050 the elderly (above 65) will make up about 50% of the population in Korea. They aren't having enough children

Not a lot of people go out of their way to interact with kids. I have even heard psychopaths say that they "hate" kids. So, while these two have certainly seen little kids before (they must have younger cousins or nieces/nephews, right?), they have probably never interacted with a stranger's kid before.
