My humble 2 C: Like all new technology, AI is changing things dramatically. It is up to us to use it in the right way. We are still unable to translate human creativity into bits and bytes, but since AI can come up with some neat results, we have to rethink that. I always commend people who are unafraid and embrace brand new technology instead of running away from it. I myself like analog film, not because I cling onto the past, but because it looks better to my eyes, knowing full well that it's less than ideal for many an application.

Isn't the real problem that these programs are stealing/borrowing, digesting, and recreating images from inputs of millions of human artists, without attribution because attribution would be impossible. Without the human inputs over the past 30 years, these programs could do nothing. Maybe this is the way of the future, but it is sad and overwhelming. This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13 over the course of 1260+ years. Revelation 17 confirms that the beast is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

I prefer the Open-AI pricing model to MidJourney actually. With MidJourney your initial request only returns you 256x256 images. If you want 1024x1024 images it costs you a credit for each upscale. So x5 in total if you want 1024x1024 images and x11 if you want the maximum res for all 4 images. DALL-E 2 gives you 1024x1024 images straight away for only 1 credit. Also MidJourney is a subscription model so if you don't use it for a while you are still paying whereas with DALL-E2 you only pay when you generate images. If you are going to be regularly generating 200 images per month though then the unlimited option with MidJourney is probably more economical. Also, from what I can see DALL-E 2 and MidJourney seem to be better at different things. I only did a few tests with my free MidJourney credits though and they got used up pretty quickly so may sign up for MidJourney to test it out in more depth.

Many people have studied lighting and shading, colorimetry, perspective, etc. And they can't face the fact that everything that is related to logic today an AI can offer it in real time and with more precise calculations. Even Photoshop is dedicated to increasing AI assistance with each update, to the point where the ignorant can perform tasks previously limited to experts. The more unique and special they think their abilities are, the harder the blow of reality will be.

@@cesar4729 And that's why there's a difference between creators and creatives. Creative computing is a thing too. The most prestigious art and design schools in the world already teach it like UAL's CCI. It's only a threat if artists and designers don't adapt their skillsets with the evolving digital landscape. At the end of the day art directors and creative directors will still be relevant for the foreseable future too.

@@LukeSciberraschannel The question isn't if they are going to be relevant… the REAL question that is not being asked is HOW MANY are going to be relevant? Why go to someone slow and expensive when a decent result is just a few clicks away? If I don't like something, I select and ask for alternatives. How many jobs are REALLY going to be more practical and efficient using human labor? Are they really essential? From my point of view, art is just imagination and skills are a means to capture it. If I am given the tools to explore my imagination without having to depend on others, the "experts" in those skills become expendable in a significant percentage of tasks. Creativity, we all have it, I don't need an illustrator or designer to come up with ideas and try to capture them with these new tools. For example, creating the art for my novel. I am a designer? No. Do I need one? Well, every day less.

@@cesar4729 You are significantly overestimating the general public's 'creativity' lol. This is why I specified that there is a difference creatives and creators. Most clients don't even know what they want let alone know what is good. Significantly reducing the cost of entry and increasing ease of production has already shown it's effects. There are a multitude of roles within the creative industries too like FA artists, art directors, and more. More often than not designers can transition to these other roles that'd be less affected. Art and design schools have already been discussing the future with AI for the last decade. Creating art for your novel? You can already do it yourself quite easily, go ahead and generate it with AI in the future too. Need a global integrated campaign though? Good luck doing that yourself.

@@Harperhardwick if you cover theface, how AI would take reference from? Did you see the tail and leg AI gave to labrador pupper? AI did't gave it let say rotwailer puppy leg, because of the rest of the available image. I wonder what prompt to give to that face-covered-image, to get full body? Photo of headles businesman wearing tutu?
Absolutely insane. I somehow think this will merge with Metaverse, mother mercy the possibilities are infinite.
Thank you for this very creative videos
ITS WORKING! nice job dude
This is mind blowing technology. Very impressive.

Interesting content and a delightful presentation. Even the hair. 🙂
I love the way you deliverr
This is freakin amazing at the start of the video..and I'm already impressed by unmesh's new Hairstyle
Its gonna be a rough time ahead for artists
It's so well done
this is gold!!!
Reading the comments I see a harsh reality. The more unique and special they think their abilities are, the harder the blow of reality will be.

there is no harsh anything ,its a tool ,it will be not for everyone and remember there is always the copyright infringement ,as it uses images to learn and create something from something, already know artist that contacted the devs to inform them about this practice ,many do not want there images to be used ,so yeah its a cool tech ,I like it but its not a threat to any artist or even graphic designers or illustrators

Quelqu'un connait une autre IA qui fait cette fonction (de compléter les images) ? Même un logiciel. Dall e c'est trop cher avec leurs crédits là.
